I bought the White Strap with Red Accent for a Moonswatch (Mission to Mars)
Pro:
- quality Strap and comfortable
- very quick delivery
- the tool is quite useful (good quality)
Con:
- Red does not match the Mission to Mars-red (but that's still fine IMHO).
- It should be mentioned in the instructions that the Moonswatches scratch quite easily when mounting the strap (one should use tapes and/or extra care).
Over all pleasant experience, would recommend and/or buy again.
Delayed delivery for over 5 weeks. Tracking then claimed it was delivered, yet has not. Tracking now states returned to shipper.
No information provided at all from any party.

Efficient Customer Service and Best Quality Straps!
I ordered the white and grey straps for my Moonswatches and the quality was really good. It came with the tools and they were easy to install.
Bianca was also very prompt and efficient in replying to my delivery and package queries. When she learned that my country was not on the list of delivery destinations, they added it. Best customer service.

A brilliant product and personal touch
Great care and communication about delivery with the purchase. A hand written note inside to say we hope you enjoy your new strap was is a nice personal touch, something sadly now uncommon. They clearly care about customers and building a brand. I’ll buy again because of it.

A smooth easy service and the strap is very good quality. It was purchased for my Moonswatch ‘Pluto’. Although the strap colour does not exactly match the colours on the subdials of the Pluto dial, the strap colour compliments it and if anything, makes it look even better, just slightly darker and gives me more contrast. Overall a great service and if the opportunity arose where I needed a rubber strap, I will look to the strap brothers again

Arrived quickly and suits the moon swatch nicely (grey strap). Easy enough to fit with supplied tool though did manage to stab my finger with it… mainly through stupidity rather than any flaws in the tool!!
Clasp is slightly proud and does catch a little on pockets for example. But that may settle with wearing.
I’m fairly large of wrist and on hole 3. 2 is too loose and 4 cuts off the blood supply.

The Strap Brothers Are Excellent!
The Strap Brothers supplied two straps to my exact requirements, even though I needed a non-standard extent of supply. Their "just enough" packaging was also what I liked, because it complied with the first principle of resource management - REDUCE.
I would definitely purchase from The Strap Brothers again. Only regret is they are not A UK company - but they DO AN EXCELLENT JOB! Thank You!
