Review summary
Customers consistently praise the fast delivery times, the system's simplicity and convenience in installation and adjusting artwork, and the high product quality noted for durability and aesthetics. The customer service is often described as prompt, helpful, and solution-oriented. Many also appreciate the flexibility to move, adjust, or expand the system, making it ideal for frequently changing displays and various spaces. Protective and professional packaging is generally noted, and customers find the products to be good value for money considering their quality. However, some customers have experienced shipping delays or issues beyond the company's control, and there are occasional reports of missing parts or shipping damage. Several customers request clearer, more detailed installation instructions or documentation. There is also feedback about minor product defects or suggestions for design improvements, along with concerns over high prices, shipping costs, or missing items. A few customers mention lapses in communication or a desire for additional compensation from customer service.

The rails are very handy if you want to hang multiple paintings or photographs and vary occasionally.
Initially, the wrong clips were delivered but after contacting customer service, I quickly received the correct ones.

Mini rail is a great product
This is the second time that we order from STAS. The ordering process and delivery went perfectly on both occasions, thank you. The mini rail is solid and attractive. My only wish could be that the mounting/measuring, etc be explained in more detail. I am certainly not a professional, however with a bit of practice, I was able to install. Thank you!

Outstanding Quality, Fast Delivery, and Exceptional Customer Support
I had an excellent experience with STAS and can highly recommend this company. The quality of the materials is outstanding—everything feels durable, well-designed, and built to last.\nShipping was incredibly fast, exceeding my expectations and arriving much sooner than anticipated.\nWhat truly impressed me, however, was their customer support. I encountered an issue that was not caused by them, yet they handled it with utmost professionalism and provided full support until everything was resolved. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is exceptional.\nOverall, STAS delivers top-quality products, fast service, and truly outstanding customer care. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Excellent system and easy to assemble
Excellent system easy to assemble. For hollow walls, it is recommended to buy specific plugs of 6.\nRegarding their assembly kit, the number of screws is perfect if using one and a half meter bars (the kit contains 5 screws which are mounted 30 cm apart); if buying two-meter bars or setting them 40 cm apart, or buying additional screws.

Instructions issue
Not sure why you advise drilling the holes for the rail 19mm below the ceiling. The vertical distance between the top of my drill and the point of the drill bit is 35mm, so this is not possible. Not a problem though, I just drill lower. Otherwise a good product.

Stylish and easy-to-use rails, once you figure out how to mount them.
Fast delivery and professionally packaged. Very stylish and easy to use once the rails are in place. There was no installation guide included, so I had to find it on the website. Several steps were not obvious in the installation guide, which consisted only of images without descriptive text. The assembly took a few extra hours because I had to figure it out when the instructions weren't clear. Very sleek once mounted and complete, but I think a better paper installation guide could be expected!

Top quality and very friendly customer service
Delivery was received very quickly, unfortunately the package was damaged by the delivery service. After a phone call with the supplier, a replacement product was immediately sent to me. Without major problems, simply great, would recommend the supplier anytime.🤩

Such a great hanging system which works perfectly for the easy moving around of pictures. Can change the hang in minutes with tiny adjustments possible. Looks smart.
All parts supplied in good order. Thank you!

some small issues
The material is of good quality, except for one arm that doesn't want to stay hanging, the attachment to the bar is defective. Also, from the product description, it seemed like the hooks for hanging pictures were included in the arm, but they are not in the received material.

Very nice system. Recommended!
Very nice system. In our place, it hangs in the hallway. We moved a few months ago, and this was an empty wall until I saw Stas on the internet. Also very easy to hang. Recommended!

I urgently needed hanging hooks and zippers. When I called them, they immediately processed my order. I was really happy with their service. And aside from that: the material is always top quality.

Shipping issues excellently resolved
Because the package didn't fit through our mailbox, the delivery was a week later than indicated in the PostNL app (the app said it was delivered). In the meantime, a new package was sent, which was delivered the next day. On top of the mailbox...
We're allowed to advertise with the second package by making someone else happy. We certainly do that gladly! Compliments STAS!

So I purchased a set for myself
I've been using this system for my art groups exhibitions for over 10 years it's so easy to use( particularly the separate hooks and cords ) so I bought myself a set for my own studio. It looks very professional and neat.

I miss some simple way of holding the end of cord down for a wall intended for frequent changes of smaller pictures. I also miss a smart spring wersion with a fastner that better protect a small picture from falling down i case of incidential contact with the picture.

Installation went perfectly. The plastic 'wires' probably need some time to hang straight down. With weight, that's no problem, but if you don't want to shorten them right away, the protruding rings can be a bit annoying.

very handy
Clear website
sturdy material and you can also buy small quantities
Above all, it is very easy to hang paintings, drawings, etc., at the correct height, without needing to 'guess and miss' and with one hand change the height.

Very fast delivery, simple system, good quality.
Very fast delivery. I have used the rails from Stas before and as a 'repeat offender' I am very satisfied. I can also recommend the power rails with the small spotlights for picture lighting.

Product is as good as I hoped.
Product is great, as described and reviewed. Importantly, rails are long and hard to ship; but they packaged it in very sturdy tube, ensuring product arrived undamaged. Very happy.

The modest design is precisely the reason I chose the system, and it works just fine.\nHowever, the rail cannot be mounted in the uppermost corner right under the ceiling. I would have liked to know this information clearly before ordering. I'm managing like this, but it's not ideal…
