As always, products are neatly packaged and sent. The nice thing is that you can also order back-order products. Product received in good condition.

So far, I have had good experiences with Appelhoes. The reason I only give 3 stars is that I cannot create an account with Appelhoes. I find this a major drawback of this webshop. This way, there is no way to view my previous orders, and I feel that the options for contacting in case of problems are less well ensured.

Fast and neat delivery. The case is nice, a hard case with a snug fit around the phone. In my opinion, the case is the best option for an iPhone Air. You retain the feel of a thin phone.

I was looking for a specific band for my Apple Watch. I usually order from a set number of webshops where I've had good experiences. None of them had this band. Through Google, I found Appelhoes. Ordered the band on Monday evening (before 8:00 PM). Immediately received order confirmation via email, one hour later got the dispatch confirmation, and received the package on Tuesday. Well packaged too. You can't ask for more from a webshop, I think. Top

Quite expensive, but good product and quickly delivered. It was about a screen protector. I received three pieces with a sort of mold with which you can neatly align the screen protector on your smartphone.

Clear website, which allowed me to promptly find the right iPhone case, glass protector, and charger. Wide selection and the delivery was swift. In short, very satisfied.

Please improve the delivery of orders. Previously, everything came via PotsNL, quickly and always in order. Nowadays, everything goes through I don't know what, but the last 3 shipments never arrived, and each time it's a hassle to get it sorted.

All's well that ends well. I had a negative discussion about the return and processing of the iPad case I initially received, so I didn't have a positive feeling to share. I still find it difficult that I couldn't talk to someone to clarify things and express my dissatisfaction. That was the reason for my initial negative messages. Now that I have finally received a case through the coupon that is good, I am ultimately happy with the result. So in the end: all's well that ends well. Positive feeling therefore.

Ordered multiple times at Appelhoes and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, with my last order, there was a mishap because I made a mistake in providing my delivery address, so the case never arrived. After several contacts, I was always helped quickly, correctly, and very kindly by Bo van Appelhoes. Despite the wrong address, Appelhoes did everything to resend and deliver the case correctly. The communication was excellent and the service truly top-notch. Highly recommended, both in terms of products and customer service!

Even though I didn't need the products afterward, the service in terms of delivery, returns, and refund was excellent. I will place an order again next time.

Good webshop with nice products. Had ordered a sleeve for a laptop. Unfortunately the wrong one – the dimensions just didn't quite fit (unfortunately, internal and external dimensions are still mixed up on different sites and if you then finally order where it is in stock, it goes wrong). The return process could be better, but this is clearly described on the website. I find it unfortunate that you cannot return and then get a credit (if you have placed a new order - so basically exchange). Otherwise friendly shop with great support.

Quick service, easy website and good quality case while being one of the cheaper ones. Shows that they don't sell junk even in the cheaper segment. Recommended!

Appelhoes delivers quickly and accurately and responds quickly too. Unfortunately, the ordered back cover turned out to be of inferior quality. Upon complaint, I was given the option to use the paid amount for another purchase. In itself, I would not have found the money-back option unjustified either.

I needed a new case for my iPhone 16. Chose a nice brown one from Decoded, which, as mentioned on the website, was delivered the next day by mail. Easy ordering and payment process.

Update as of March 5, 2026: On February 21, I responded to their email, but to this day have not yet received a response. Moreover, in the email I received, there was no apology, and I had to come up with a solution myself, with a refund being the only option for me. It's a pity that after weeks there is still no follow-up...... Over the past few years, I have ordered several times with satisfaction from Appelhoes. Unfortunately, my last order went wrong. I ordered, among other things, an iPhone case that, according to the information on the website, would have MagSafe support. The delivery was quick and the case looked neat, but later it turned out that it did not have MagSafe functionality after all. I immediately contacted customer service about this and pointed out that the information on the website states otherwise (including a screenshot). I also indicated that the packaging had already been discarded. The response I received was that the product “is as it is” and that I could only return it if it was complete, even though I had already indicated in my first message that the packaging was no longer there. When I then indicated that we are disappointed and that the information on the website is incorrect, there was no further response. I find that disappointing and not in line with the service I am used to. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring a valid remark about incorrect product information is not good service to me.

Parcel not received for a month. Not the fault of the delivery person, but the delivery tracking doesn't clearly allow checking where the parcel is located. The after-sales service was a bit slow to respond but eventually agreed to a refund.

Despite mediocre/dented packaging, everything (2x iPad case/2x MB case) arrived well. Packaging could be sturdier, but very satisfied with the cases themselves.
