Beko astianpesukoneen Aqua stop oli vioittunut ja oli polttanut ohjauskortin. Oikeaa ojauskorttia oli vaikea löytää, mutta teidän kautta se kuitenkin onnistui. Vaihdoin uuden aqua stop venttiilin, sekä asensin tämän uuden ohjauskortin. Kone alkoi toimia moitteettomasti. Ei tarvinnut heittää 3 vuotta vanhaa konetta kierrätykseen.

Pyykinpesukoneen moottorin tilaaminen oli helppoa, kun tiesi etukäteen tarkalleen minkä moottorin oli tilaamassa. Oikea moottori tuli ja toimii hienosti, säästi huomattavasti kun ei tarvinnut lähteä ostamaan uutta pesukonetta nykyisen kalliin koneen tilalle. Kuljetuksen seuranta Cronopostissa on hiukan inhottava, kun siellä ei ole mitään arvioitua saapumispäivää tiedossa kuin vasta edellisenä päivänä tulee ilmoitus että jaetaan huomenna, kuljetus kesti kuitenkin kokonaisuudessaan 8 päivää vaikka moottorin toimitusajaksi ilmoitettiin 1-3 päivää ja odottelu ja epätietoisuus kiristi hiukan hermoja kun olisi pitänyt saada pyykit pestyä, mutta onneksi tuli oikea moottori koneeseen.

Nopea vastaus kyselyyni, helppo tilaus ja nopea toimitus. Mikä tärkeintä, terä oli samaa korkeaa laatua oleva alkuperäisosa, joita koneen mukana tulleet muut terätkin olivat. Jostain syystä se ei kuulunut ostamani pakettiin, vaan piti tilata erikseen. Itse firmasta ei huonoa sanottavaa. Toimitus oli nopea, mutta toimitus itsessään oli hieman epämääräisesti infottu. En ensinnäkään tiennyt, että pieni tilaamani tuote tulee kotiovelle toimituksena. Tämä selvisi vasta, kun DHL tämän ilmoitti vastaanotettuaan paketin. Lisäksi toimituksen tarkka aika tuli tietoon vasta edellisenä päivänä. Ihmetystä herätti myös että tiedote tuli whatsappiin kautta. meinasin estää koko yhteystiedon, kun ajattelin sen olevan huijaus. I ordered a new floor nozzle for my Dyson dc21 vacuum cleaner. The nozzle was delivered from Germany. It took 3-4 days until the item was delivered. After that, the delivery was on time in about four days. I don't blame Fixpart for the initial delay. A few days of delivery delay doesn't mean anything to me. The floor nozzle is a bit loose, so you have to fix it yourself. However, that's Dyson's fault.

Issue was that your webshop has 2 pictures on this item page. Pictures shows two different item.
When I ask for this I got mixed answered from three different customer assistant. The last one ssaid that part is most likely wrong part to my purpose.

However, the delivery service used (DHL) was so bad that I will never again be placing orders to any internet shops that deliver through them. They lied about trying to deliver the parcel, even though they never did (I was at home the whole time and could even check from the security cameras that they had not been at the door).
