On FixParts side everything went very well and the order was processed quickly. However, the delivery service used (DHL) was so bad that I will never again be placing orders to any internet shops that deliver through them. They lied about trying to deliver the parcel, even though they never did (I was at home the whole time and could even check from the security cameras that they had not been at the door).
