I liked the communication keeping me informed of the status of my order and when it was due to arrive.
What to do better? Not sure - I'm pretty happy!

Efficient service from The Edge Sport
I ordered a Garmin 265 online with The Edge Sports as there as no delivery charge and they had the colour I wanted. A Dublin city centre store about 12k from where I live also had this product but was charging €7 for delivery which is appalling when you're spending so much. I placed the order just after Christmas and once they were back from the break the watch was on its way. Very efficient overnight delivery. Delighted with the service and my new Garmin. Thank You.

Great service and price
I lived in Cork for 15 years, where I visited the Edge Sports store regularly. Now living away from Cork I use the Edge for all my nutrition and gear needs through the online store. Delivery is usually next day and prices are very good.

Purchased a pair of Brooks trainers from The Edge at lunchtime on Wednesday morning. They were delivered at 10am Friday morning. Well packaged with a returns slip included. Very easy website to use also. Will purchase from them again.

The Edge was one of the few shops in Europe which had this item in stock ready to ship, and it was shipped next day, and delivered in 3 days. Excellent Service.
