Review summary
Customers frequently highlight the fast and reliable delivery, as well as the careful and secure packaging of products. The wide selection and availability of items, competitive pricing, and attractive offers are commonly praised. Many also appreciate the responsive and helpful customer support, the smooth and efficient return and refund processes, and the easy and straightforward ordering experience with clear website navigation and communication. Product quality and condition generally meet or exceed expectations. However, some customers report occasional delivery delays or issues with couriers, as well as rare negative experiences with customer support. There are instances of receiving defective products or items that did not match descriptions. Some reviewers mention out-of-stock products or express a desire for a broader catalog. While most find the prices competitive, a few note that prices can be higher than other shops. A minority have encountered problems with oversized, inadequate, or damaged packaging, and a few mention complications with order confirmation, tracking, or return shipping costs.

Fast shipping!
I bought the Eleveight Vary Bar and a spare valve for my kites. Shipping was super fast. After research, it is one of the few reputable online shops that offer the valves. If I need anything again, I'll check Kitemana.

Great Service!
I received a voucher for a returned item 2 years ago. This link had expired and I wanted to buy a new wetsuit now. Sent a quick email and it was reactivated immediately. Within 5 minutes, I was able to purchase the wetsuit with the voucher after all. Always handled very neatly!

Wetsuit top repaired and neatly sent. Thanks! Unfortunately, a parking ticket at the door, but that was my own fault..

Thanks for the nice review! Glad we could make your wetsuit neat and tidy again. We're a bit annoyed about the parking ticket too ;)

A large selection of products (in my case, kites) both new and used. More used equipment but in very good condition.

Recommending Kitemana for buying kite gear - great support & products
Exceptional support from KITEMANA when having a question about a product and its delivery. Everything took place exactly as discussed, from order processing to delivery timing. The product itself, a new kite, was impeccable and met fully met the expectations.

Great promos but UPS needs improvement!
Great promos, service, and convenient site.
Just a caveat regarding the UPS delivery (pickup) where I had to provide my private address again even though it had been entered on the Kitemana site. There was a 4-day delay in delivery, luckily I wasn't going on vacation during this delay.
I think I'll order from this site again, but no longer with Pickup delivery!

Delivered on time, condition as described in the offer. Only downside was the kite was not washed with fresh water and there was a lot of sand in the bag.

Good products and fast shipping.
Unfortunately, the wetsuits were too small, so returned.

Fishing for compliments.
It's actually quite strange that when we both just do our jobs well (I order and pay for something and you send it to me), there is ALWAYS fishing for compliments afterwards. ‘How did I do? How did I do? Well? Well? Well? It's weird. This must stop.
