Had an issue with an old device not working with the latest update. Contacted tech support and they were awesome! So much so, they modified the last update to include a "patch" for older devices and Google play store errors with the software!!!
First-rate company, and their gps map app is fantastic with all the right extra bits, including BT obdii support!
Doubt I'll ever need to try another mapping program for my travels!

I recently wrote regarding the Thork DMD 12mm AMPS Bracket SE I purchased, informing that one of the 4 bolts quickly broke in half during installation and further, that the provided holes/slots for the AMPS fitting were extremely small and had to be drilled to allow for the bolt size needed to accommodate the Carpe Iter cradle. I have received no reply or response whatsoever, not great customer service for someone who has spent extensively on your products.

after numerous email exchanges in order to understand and find a solution and to make it clear that the support and yours do not correspond and having found no answer to my question, I finally modified the support by drilling myself, too bad for a good quality material or ultimately you have to drill for it to work

Quality products.
I love the fact that the guys at Thork Racing are passionate about their product development. They provide quality products. I would have given 5 stars, except I had waited some time for the delivery of the item I had ordered. When I asked where it was , they apologised, and it arrived in 2 days.
