Many appreciate the usability and intuitive design, highlighting that the products are easy to use once familiar. Fast and reliable shipping is often mentioned positively, as is the excellent, responsive, and knowledgeable customer support. Communication is frequently described as clear, professional, and friendly. Most customers also feel the products are worth the price. However, some customers report isolated hardware issues. Several mention a steep learning curve for new users or those unfamiliar with Android and certain software features. There are also complaints about a lack of detailed or accessible instructions and tutorials, which affects the initial setup experience, particularly for first-time or non-technical users. Shipping delays, high shipping costs, and negative experiences with customer support—including lack of replies or unsatisfactory after-sales service—are noted. Additionally, some customers are dissatisfied with high costs, unexpected fees, or problems with refunds. Communication issues such as unanswered emails or insufficient updates during issues are also mentioned.
