The item was delivered to the wrong house, basler beauty doesn’t care one bit in there mine once they post the package they’re job is done. They refuse to refund even though I never received what I paid for and trusted shops has been no help so far waiting one week even to get an answer

Bad Delivery Service
I ordered this item on the 20th October, it took you FIVE days to pass my order to courier. (25th October) it took the courier DHL another FIVE days to actually deliver from Germany to Ireland & I finally get package 31st October. Not good service VERY slow

Postage very slow took
The products were ordered on the 24/11 but they did not arrive until 08/12. The company should look at their despatch process and the carrier. This is far to slow 15 working days and 2 weekends

A month later and no delivery. Dont know where they are based but wanted a VAT number and all sorts of excuses! Cancelled order - terrible experience and even emails dont go first time !
