Ordered my goods and they arrived very promptly with a tracking reference. Initially after I placed my order there was no contact until the item was dispatched. As it was the first time I used the company I was not sure of how the company would operate. I emailed and got a reply that I would be notified on despatch and I did. Great company with good prices and fast delivery. Would recommend.

Ordered literally last minute before Christmas, they offered a great deal on the GHD duet compared to everywhere else, arrived exactly when it said it would, it was 3/4 days max and considering it was Christmas week and coming from another country I was so shocked. Packaged really well I can’t complain, easy transaction, will order from them again ☺️

Excellent company with competitively priced products. I shopped online and had no issues at all. Insurance was automatically applied to my order. There was excellent communication on the statue of my order from start to finish. I would highly recommend shopping here. Products were packaged well and delivered on time again with updates from DHL.

Nice quality product. Reply to correspondence and delivery timescales were not as stipulated. Delivery took a week and a half to arrive after payment of order.
