The Batronix team was very supportive and responsive during my order. They helped quickly when UPS Hungary caused repeated delivery issues.
Finally, I was able to pick up my parcel and the product arrived in perfect condition.
The only difficulty was the shipping via UPS Hungary, which was unreliable (missed delivery attempts without ringing). For future shipments to Hungary I would recommend GLS or DPD instead.

Dudas con el SWT
Hello, I recently purchased an SVA1015X, and from the little I've used it so far, everything seems to be working. The only question I have is that the SWT at its maximum bandwidth is 294ms, which seems a bit slow. I've seen other models like the Rigol 815 where the same sweep takes 24ms. I'm not sure if these values are normal for Siglent, hence my question. Also, in the Sweep options, I couldn't access the Points option; it's always grayed out, and I can't change the value, which is always set to 751.
Otherwise, the device seems to be working fine, except for the fact that I'm not sure if this is normal for this model.
