Faultless T&M shopping experience. Batronics has been around for a good while and they currently have a good selection of "value" T&M equipment. Web store front is clean, well organised and informative. Prices are competitive for the equipment I purchased or at least looked at.
Sensepeek PCBite system itself (my last purchase) is brilliantly designed and engineered. It is not cheap, by any means, but it seems peerless in its price bracket.
I ordered a BX48 BATEGO II and received confirmation three weeks ago that it had been packaged and was ready for shipment. After that I've heard nothing except noticing that the amount was withdrawn from my bank account two weeks ago. A week ago I created a support ticket and was told that they'd look into what happened and later that it had shipped from their warehouse and that I "should get automatically an email from us". That was a week ago and still nothing.

It was my first time shopping at Batronix and the impression of the entire process is excellent. Everything went smooth From the product pages I knew exactly what I am buying. The customer portal is intuitive too.
Had minor issue when reviewing the products I've bought. After posting and verifying by email the review does not appear instantly on the pages. I believe it is not batronix fault but maybe a hint or answer in the FAQ section could help understand the process and be calm that everything is ok with the review

I have ordered an oscilloscope and a signal generator (Siglent) and I have received them really fast and in good condition. In webchat window I received answers really quick (regarding order status, etc.) I intend to build a hobby laboratory at home, just to "refresh" my electronics skills (I am a HW Engineer, since 1996). So I wanted some equipment at a decent price and also yet with good performances and I have found them here. Thanks !
