Short order fulfillment time. The order matches the description. This is already my third watch purchased from this shop. I particularly like the option to place an order online and pick it up in the showroom, where you can thoroughly view and discuss the ordered watch to ensure it meets our expectations. If for some reason the product does not meet our expectations, we can cancel the purchase transaction. Service at the highest level 10/10. Thank you for every minute devoted, which allowed me to make thoughtful and successful purchases.

Hello, to begin with, I'll say that the package arrived quickly (two days). I was lucky because I probably got the last gwg-2000-1a1er and these models are no longer available in official sales. Sikor is visually amazing and there’s no need to write about its advantages because it’s clear that it’s a rugged gadget. The battery doesn't drop below H and I use it normally. I am satisfied with the purchase and it stays with me.

Everything is fine, watch in 1 day for pickup, the gentleman was very helpful, adjusted the bracelet and set the watch. The store in the Panorama gallery is stocked with a mass of watches, regarding a large number of comments. Prices are very affordable, in this case, a Tissot watch at a price a thousand zlotys cheaper than the competition. Overall, highly recommended.

Very good contact. The request from Zegarownia for a review arrived several days before the watch, for the one-day delivery delay, I received a very nice gift from the company: a zippered case. Beautiful!!! Although I bought a solar watch... and I probably won't keep it in the \"dark\". The service is excellent, the contact very pleasant and everything is OK!\nRegards 'Zegarownię.pl'

Make an offer in the style of "G-shock action 10%" and people will jump on it totally. They are the best watches in the world. I would definitely buy another. Or if you named the g shock dw 6900 mission impossible 2 watches and sold them as the ones Tom Cruise has in that movie. You would easily sell these watches 10 times over soon. Just make it somehow cool. Some mission impossible collection.

Hodinky pôsobia veľmi elegantne a kvalitne. Manželka ich nosí takmer každý deň. Nákup na Hodinkovna.sk určite odporúčam!

Excellence from every point of view! Impeccable quality, distinctive finishes, and a design that looks much better in reality than in photos. It fits perfectly, is very comfortable, and transforms the look of the outfit. An exceptional product, beyond expectations, which I recommend without any reservation!

I highly recommend the store. Unfortunately, my watch was damaged, the manufacturer refused the warranty, but Zegarownia handled the complaint very professionally and did everything to ensure I was satisfied. This is proof that it is a reliable and trustworthy company. Thank you very much and I sincerely recommend it.

My opinion would be rather positive 5/5, but there were several shortcomings that need improvement. 1. Contact with customer service was surprisingly good until the purchase - then I sent emails, they were read and no one responded. Post-purchase service is lacking. 2. Problem with issuing the discount voucher (I used the price negotiation function) at one of your stores and was asked to switch to another. 3. No one responded to the "price negotiation" until I called. 4. No possibility to purchase a nice ring box for the engagement ring immediately. The one with the large banore logo is to be discarded right away.

the fast delivery was very good, however, initially a different watch was delivered than the one ordered. The complaint and exchange were very quick. I suggest working on avoiding mistakes in shipping. It is already the second watch I have bought from you and I will buy another if needed, a store worth recommending.

+ Custom strap adjustment that didn't affect the delivery time -I'm just sorry that on the GM-2110D-2BER watch the American MM.DD format can't be changed to the European DD.MM format, but I don't consider it a store error. - overall satisfaction with everything -The watch is great and looks better than in the photos

Why only 4 stars? Due to the lack of inventory updates on the website... \nI bought a watch online ... it was available on the site ... and the next day I get info that it's not available, and I can choose another one with a discount .... \nThe customer service on the hotline was kind and efficient... after a few minutes and explanations, the problem was solved...

I ordered a gift voucher, but I didn't receive it for 4 days, even though the website said that orders are sent within 24 hours. I wanted to cancel the order because I was left without a gift. In the email, the company didn't address my cancellation but instead sent a tracking link for the shipment. Great, a label was assigned to the order, but the product wasn't handed over to the courier. After my phone call, the lady proposed compensation for the delay and online sending of the voucher. I didn't entirely want to agree because I preferred a physical gift. Eventually, I agreed and requested the order be completed as quickly as possible (maximum 3 hours) because that day was my wedding anniversary, and I was left without a gift. The lady promised she would send the voucher via email. After 3 hours, the voucher was still not there, I called again, and finally, it was sorted out. If it weren't for my husband buying watches there, I would have canceled immediately. 2 stars because the ladies tried to arrange something, but it went slowly. I received no compensation for the confusion and requesting the voucher. I warn against a potential order of a voucher because it may not arrive on time. I cannot comment on the products, as the review is solely about the purchased voucher and the confusion.

The watch in a titanium case looks great. The strap is not very comfortable for me personally. The main drawback of this model is the Miyota 8215 movement. The rotor is very loud, and the daily deviation is +15 seconds. However, the price, appearance, and build quality make it worth buying.

I recommend both the store and the watch! A very versatile watch for any occasion from a brand with exceptional history and philosophy. The white, simple, classic dial will match both sportswear and casual attire, I think even with a blazer and white shirt it will work excellently. The bracelet perfectly complements the whole. Additionally, the gadget-like tritium indexes and precise Swiss mechanism make it a true GADA (go anywhere, do anything) watch.

Professional delivery. The Bowa watch is nice. Unfortunately, the mechanism does not work as it should. I had the battery replaced by a watchmaker, but the watch still stops. I no longer have the original box, so I cannot return the package. This is my second watch from this company, and I did not expect it to be defective.

Rich offer and clear page convinced me to purchase. Everything went smoothly, the shipment was sent to me the same day and arrived the next day. The watch itself was carefully and safely packaged. I have no choice but to recommend the store and give the highest rating.

Order processing was very swift. Regarding the watch, I have been using it for a week and so far I am very satisfied. I was concerned that it would look “bulky” on the wrist (I have a rather slender wrist) but it looks very sleek. The watch works flawlessly. I used it for running, walking, and cycling, and it performed excellently. I definitely recommend it 🙂

A legnehezebb Kiválasztott átvételi hely ellenére is gyors kiszolgálás .

Although the order was accepted, it was never delivered! Although it is specified on the seller's website that shipping is done within 24 hours, after 4 days I was notified that there is some delay in shipping, and after another 2 days I was informed that the products are no longer in stock, therefore they cannot fulfill the order but will make me another offer, which, of course, I did not accept because when I place an order I have my reasons for wanting certain models, with certain features, so any other offer is uninteresting. I requested the reimbursement of the amount paid in advance and asked to be notified when the transaction was performed. For two days I received no sign that, at least, they had registered my request! I returned with the same request and with phone calls, to finally be notified about the refund for 2 products that were not delivered. The situation was embarrassing, and I hope no other customer is treated like this.
