Amazing service from Watchard and the team that work there
Their communication is fab! I was having issues with UPS not updating the tracking information and they wouldn’t speak to me not being the sender, so I contacted watchard and within a few hours UPS had updated it on their side!
Can not fault watchard at all and the watch is beautiful! The free engraving was a beautiful touch to offer too!

First i receive a confirmation mail about my order and then you canceled it without any information. i didnt receive any cancellation mail, and you only inform me when i sent mail after 5 days to see whats goiing on. Its the first time it happens to me.

Suunto Vertical is a real machine. It is perfect for trekking. The maps work great, as does the altimeter and activity tracker. I also recommend the shop - fast, efficient delivery, watch well protected for transport.
