Choose a better delivery option , as I was not home I had to go to my local post office to collect the parcel , meaghers chemist uses DPD and therefore always delivers to my door , the hassle of having to go to my local Post office was a nuisance .

On 2 occasions I ordered items showing available for purchase online only to receive an email shortly after stating that these items are not available and that I have been refunded. This is all fine but do not advertise the items as available online if that is not the case. This causes the customer a waste of time

Wouldn’t shop online with Lloyds again

Ordered 3 items, got an email to say I was being refunded for 2 items as they were out of stock however these 2 items are still available to order online. Makes no sense at all
