I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve been so pleasantly surprised on how good my shopping experience was that I wanted to give feedback. Not only did my order ship extremely quick (I think it was either the same or the next day), shipping also only took 3 days to Germany. I ordered drinks in cans and was expecting for at least one to arrive broken but no, they were so neatly packed that there wasn’t even a single dent. I also got a free „anti food waste“ product which I’m always a fan of. So safe to say that I will definitely place my orders in the future. Thanks!

Ik heb onlangs Japanse coca cola gekocht wat zo ie zo een aanrader is als je cola met iets betere samenstelling dan de Nederlandse variant wil nuttigen en heb de hele gang van zaken als zeer plezierig ervaren, was na paar dagen bezorgd, ben goed op de hoogte gehouden en kreeg snoepjes erbij om uit te proberen, al met al een goede ervaring, groetjes Tin-yau

I appreciated the fast shipping and well designed website, I also had a question about a specific product and the answer was quick and informative. I personally requested that the box is packed carefully and with enough padding since I was mainly ordering chips and had the concern that they would break and Snackje truly delivered everything with care and love which I truly appreciate. For the things I believe could make Snackje even better is show the “best before” of the product visibly I personally would’ve also loved if I got a small chocolate or a snack as a gift in my order (of course only for the orders who spent over ?€) but seeing that I spent more than 70 euros I would’ve appreciated a little gift no matter how small just something random but of course that is no complaint but rather a suggestion. I was more than lucky to find Snackje and I am almost sure that this is not the last time I order from them. Thank you for everything!

Schnelle Lieferung, tolle Produkte zu fairen Preisen, die man so auch nicht an jeder Ecke bekommt! Die Ware wurde zudem super verpackt, nicht übertrieben unnötiges Material aber dennoch richtig gesichert, sodass alles in einem hervorragenden Zustand ankam und wir hatten von Dosen bis Kekse alles drin! Gerne wieder!

I ordered 10 cans of monster energy to add to my collection. I was a little nervous ordering from overseas as I have received dented cans from a number of other suppliers, previously, even from within the UK. The package arrived quickly, the contents were very well packed and every can was in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be using Snackje again and would highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

The order was exactly what I asked and I was very happy with the ease of ordering, selection and pricing. I am very unhappy with delivery and aftercare. I was a tourist in NL. I ordered my package with 2-3 business day delivery as I was leaving the country just over a week after I ordered. The package arrived 2 days after I left based on the tracking it sat with the delivery company for days. I had emailed Snackje during this period hoping they could push the delivery company so that delivery would be close to the service standard and did not hear any response. Luckily the delivery went to my family so they will enjoy the box but the lack of delivery standards or assistance from Snackje was a problem

Good selection and I am usually buying Swedish Julmust and Påskmust. It would be good to state/show the number of cans/bottles per tray too so I can order accordingly. I am usually buying full trays so this info would help significantly. Also, what about an option to commit in advance to a lower price and that way you will not have unsecured stock and can buy with bigger confidence.

I order here once a month, I love this. Cheese doodles is one thing my kids and I miss terribly, no prob no more we just order it here. Also some chocolates and cookies and such. I would LOVE if you would consider selling Lutti crocodiles. Thanks!

Die Bestellung war super einfach, die Lieferung war superschnell innerhalb von drei Tagen da. Die bestellte Ware war in tadellosen Zustand und es lief alles reibungslos. Ich persönlich kann Snackje nur empfehlen. Es war auch nicht meine letzte Bestellung vielen Dank

Habe das erste mal dort bestellt und das Paket kam super verpackt an nichts war kaputt und ein kleines Geschenk lag auch noch bei besser geht's nicht ich werde wieder bestellen und der Versand ging auch super schnell

My order was almost instantly shipped, arrived fast, everything good. Only problem was, that there was nothing between the cans, so they rubbed off some paint against each other

Quick delivery and reasonably priced considering I cannot get the ultra black monster in shops in Ireland , wish it wasn't as expensive for delivery but items are heavy and have far to go so its understandable, plus so far items have came in perfect condition.

Shipping was lightning fast and everything was well packaged. It was shipped so fast, the chocolate didn't even have time to melt in the heat. Thanks, will buy again!

Die Ware entspricht voll und ganz der Erwartung, es gab Probleme mit der Lieferung die aber durch Snackje umgehend kompetent und freundlich behoben wurden. Also alles in allem bin ich vollkommen zufrieden und kann Snackje nur empfehlen!

Erstes mal bei snackje bestellt, sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht. Produkte waren schneller da als angegeben alles gut verpackt und heile geblieben werde wieder bei snackje bestellen!

Have used before and the experience was good, but this time around I had a few issues and the owner - the only customer service contact - is extremely rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. Ordered to the UK, the owner input the incorrect address which I had to contact him to get changed which is admin I shouldn’t have to do, but apparently owe thanks to him for changing so quickly when I did contact him. This delivery was meant to be delivered 2 days later. The new label didn’t process as quickly as the previous, and was held up for numerous different reasons such as customs, delivery days and holds. Everyday the tracking updated saying I would receive the delivery today between x times, and I contacted the owner on numerous occasions because it kept getting rescheduled and I didn’t understand what was happening. The tracking also stated more information was needed on the customs labels. The owner didn’t help, said he’d contact UPS and get back to me, but nothing ever happened. I ended up contacting UPS myself on multiple occasions to sort the holds and then to get an answer on what was happening so eventually they got my parcel delivered. I’m not exactly sure why I paid a delivery fee or extortionate import fees when I did all the work myself. Also looking forward to the sarcastic response from the owner, probably something along the times of ‘Glad you got your delivery :)’ as that is all he can really think of.

Excellent service, they provide international shipping for a lot of European countries, fast deliveries, customer service was on point and they quickly responded to the questions I had sent via email. On top of everything, this is the only website I could find that sells Monster Energy from Korea as well as some other Japanese ones that you can hardly find on other websites, the product range for other items is also wide. They packaged each of my cans with bubble wrap and filled the rest with paper to avoid the products from bumping.

Ordered from Snackje and this turned into a very frustrating experience. My package was marked as delivered by DPD, but it never showed up in the parcel locker or anywhere nearby. Most likely got stolen because of poor delivery. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly at first, but after I replied, they simply stopped responding. I had to send a follow-up myself after 8 days just to get any update at all. When they finally answered, there was no apology for the delay. Instead, I was told to fill out a DPD form, effectively shifting the responsibility onto me, even though this is something the sender can handle directly with the courier. At no point was a replacement or refund offered for a package that never arrived. Instead, I was expected to do extra work just to move things forward. Losing a package can happen. Ignoring the customer and refusing to take responsibility is a choice.

Once again, a perfect delivery. The item was packaged very carefully and arrived very quickly. Everything was in excellent condition, and the whole process was smooth and professional. As always, I am completely satisfied and can highly recommend this seller.

Fast delivery and order was good packaged. Support helped me very well cause i forgot some stuff and it was easy to add it
