Very well packaged, arrived well on time, good communication/tracking, and item as described, top quality. Very pleased.

easy to navigate, timely delivery, no extra costs

The whole express was quite exceptional, from ordering to delivery and best of all the quality of the products. The nutcrackers were excellent and very well made. They have now taken pride of place on our mantelpiece. For me, although a little on the expensive side, they were well worth the money, knowing they are the genuine article from the Black Forest in Germany.

I had a few questions about shipping abroad – the goods were a gift that I wanted to send directly to the recipient. The support team provided me with excellent assistance and was always very transparent. The best part came as a bonus on top. The shipment from Germany to the UK only took two days. That was brilliant. Many thanks to the whole team.

Great range of products and the free damage/ lost insurance was very reassuring. Arrived with no damage and well packaged within a few days.
