Product arrived safely. Service excellent . Bit disappointed as the handle on this jug is different from one shown on line. And is much fancier. I understand there are always variations with hand made items as in colour etc but I chose it because it was described as a copy of the jugs originally used in the furness by the workers looked much simpler ? This one is much fancier and I bought it as a wedding gift for a young couple. . Perhaps a view from the side would be better .

We are sorry that you were not happy with your order but all our items are rigorously handmade by our master glassmakers, no molds are used and they are not produced on an industrial level, this means that there cannot be an item equal to another, therefore variations, even if we try to make them all in the same way, can exist and this is what distinguishes a handcrafted product from an industrial product, increasing its value.
