Better customer service needed.
I am giving a mark of fair as I emailed to mention that part of my order was damaged in transit due to insufficient/ineffective padding in the box. Its not a big problem but there was no acknowledgement from you. For a first order and a potential repeat customer I see this as a failure to see an opportunity to convert a negative experience into a positive one.

I ordered something and didnt receive a reply to my query on it. I then completed a second order and still havent received it. I also sent a query on this to check on the order delievry and havent received a response to this either.
