Firstly for the premium quality of the product ordered and received, total satisfaction.
Secondly, although the initial delivery had failed (never got to my place, parcel had been most probably lost by the apointed carrier), the Holland Watch Group customer service very quickly responded back to me by email with a very effective corrective action, which made the second order internationally delivered within 3 days!!! Great experience overall, thanks to Wendy !
Utilise un livreur nommé "Colis privé " qui ne fait pas son travail.
Il est annoncé une livraison faite dans ma boîte aux lettres quand celle-ci est désespérément vide !
J'ai porté réclamation, en réponse il est indiqué que cette réclamation sera traitée d'ici 7 jours ouvrés, soit dans 9 jours au mieux...

Out of stock item (leather Mondaine watch strap) was reprovisioned and I was notified.
Order placed and paid for without difficulty and delivery was quick.

Just a very straightforward transaction,easy to navigate website in English (although I speak Dutch so that wouldn’t have been a problem),and my item was dispatched very quickly. Was kept updated of the whereabouts of my item,until it got to,and through,customs in this country (UK),then it all went quiet! Nothing to do with HollandWatchGroup whatsoever I must add!!

There was no instruction with the watch band and I did not realize the two tools that were to help change the band were just that and not a pin that was supposed to fit. Had to bring it to watchmaker to actually change since I could not figure out the tools were not pins until the watch repair representative told me.

Basically everything was fine
Basically, everything was fine. The product is as advertised on the website and I am satisfied. The only drawback would be that the package arrived 2 days later than expected, although I was kept updated about the status of the shipment thanks to the tracking tools of the courier.

Purchased Item on August 9, 2023. Didn't realize the product wouldn't arrive for almost 3 weeks. So if you want it now, you might go a different route. But product as advertised and was beautifully constructed. Would buy again, but not if I'm in a hurry.

Excellent selection and had an out of production watch factory watch band available.
Good prices and very reasonable global shipping costs. I also like their vast database search where you can look up new and out of production watches with specifications.
