Friendly and helpful customer support, they put great care into packaging and shipping the animals, they even call and arrange with you when to ship them so you can have everything ready on your end. Only complaint would be that the site isn't always well updated as to what isn't in stock anymore.

Good quality but did not get full refund for what was missing and I encountered very bad costumer service.
Animals and corals where top quality but there unfortunatly there where several animals not ready for shipping. After many calls and e-mails we finally got the order ready for shipping and everything was fine.
However I did not get refunded as I was told for what was not shipped, after several contacts I got a part of the refund back after contacting my bank, but I still havn´t got my full refund for what was missing unfortunatly.
Edit: Seems to have been a simple misstake so I got contacted and we are resolving this.
Will update again when everything is in order.
Edit: I got everything redunded at last :)
