Review summary
Customers consistently praise the fast delivery, the high quality of products, reasonable prices, and the wide variety and availability of items, with many noting satisfaction in finding specific products that meet their needs. Some also highlight helpful and friendly customer service. However, there are reports of delivery delays or missed delivery promises, mixed experiences with customer service including unresponsiveness or misinformation, occasional concerns about damaged goods, and several complaints about insufficient packaging leading to product spillage or hygiene issues.

Shipping the products is fast—really fast—but then something strange happens. The shipment gets bounced around within the customer’s own country, and the customer is not informed about this. The shipment may be sent to the wrong location, and the sender does not provide any information about what is happening.
This is something that needs to be improved, especially when it comes to shipment tracking and keeping the customer informed about the delivery status.

I liked the World’s friendliest customer service that replied immediately and kept in touch and was a real human. Also no shipping cost and reasonable pricing and the possibility to add the items that you forgot in the first place are definite plus

Hi!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We are happy to hear that the delivery was fast and that the new scratching posts were a good fit for your climbing tree. It is great to hear that you were able to replace the damaged parts instead of having to buy a completely new product.
We appreciate your feedback and are glad that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Package was damaged in delivery
I ordered a 12kg dog food package and the package was damaged during delivery. There was a hole in the bag and some of the kibbles had fallen out. Not much, but still a bit of a hygiene issue. The product itself is great and our dog eats it with a healthy appetite.

FuzzYard Pet Products FuzzYard Ollie Jacket Red
