Package was damaged in delivery
I ordered a 12kg dog food package and the package was damaged during delivery. There was a hole in the bag and some of the kibbles had fallen out. Not much, but still a bit of a hygiene issue. The product itself is great and our dog eats it with a healthy appetite.

Good products, but delivery is the weakest link
Products and selection are a really good, but the delivery is the weakest link. I have received a punctured food pack already two times. Problem is that they don’t use a cardboard box to protect the content. They only use a thin plastic bag. 🙁
