Very, very slow delivery despite paying 2,90 Eur extra for expedited option
In the website the store talks about the shipment being received in 1-2 days usually. It also offers expediting for 2,90 Eur. I paid this and a week has gone. The customer service writes that the 2,90 is only for them packaging the order more quickly. I feel so ripped off. The tracking status has not shown any movement for days. I will never order from this store again. Maybe it works in Sweden, but they should not sell to other countries (Finland) if they have such poor delivery options. They have pictures of DHL logos, which too makes you think it is fast, but no.
