Wonderful palm trees in very nice condition. Nicely packed, fast delivery and I am more than pleased. Thank you. They arrived when we still had minus degrees and survived planting in minus 7 degrees Celsius in the pot.

I placed four orders on Mypalmshop in 2 years. The 1st one: half of my items were missing. After claim via Paypal, I got the forgotten items. The 2nd one: the cycas panzihuaensis I received was in a terrible state: all its palms had broken during the transport. I didn't make any claim, putting it on the account of bad luck and knowing that it could survive even without palms. The 3rd order: impeccable, nothing to complain about, beautiful plants. This encouraged me to order from them again. June 07, 2022. We are on July 02, 2022 and I am still waiting for my order of 114.72 euros! In spite of two reminders, remained without answer, via Paypal. Where is my order? And my money? You owe me 114.72 euros. What disrespect for the customer...

3 1/2 stars,if possible. The plants were of good quality and size, but the packing was a problem and they were damaged during shipping. I sent the company an email and the customer service was excellent. Multiple staff contacted me back and I was offered a partial reimbursement.

The order arrived a little late, unfortunately it was shipped a day too late to arrive before easter. Fatsia had quiet a few broken leves, but will recover. I ordered 2 Yucca rostrata, one of them was good, but the other was not a plant i would have chosen myself, so im not satisfied this time

the plants arrived well and healthy but it took ages for them to get here and also I asked for directions on taking care of them but all I got was "good soil", so now I have to experiment, risking their well being :(

The dicksonia was not wrapped carfully enough -almost all tips on the leafs where broken. A shame because the plant as such looks to be in excellent shape. As the Dicksonia do not have that many leafs it leaves a sad impression for the plant now. The palm was better wrapped round the leafs and only one tip broken. So that plant looks great.

Fast dispatch and delivery, palm tree was delivered in good condition and I received healthy looking plant. Unfortunately I received plant from down price range, I was offer discount but not compensate the difference.
