I ordered first time and had no follow up on when to receive my parcel by email which is normally done. Instead I found a note I my physical mailbox which was about to get lost in publicity papers. Very unsafe and old fashioned. I loved the jacket but returned it as too small. No return label was given so I had to struggle with UPS as a private client. I hope I will be reimbursed. I now bought the jacket in a larger size, but again 10 days gone and no update as to when I will receive it? This leaves me with an unsafe feeling.

I ordered first time and had no follow up on my delivery

I ordered first time and had no follow up on when to receive my parcel by email which is normally done. Instead I found a note I my physical mailbox which was about to get lost in publicity papers. Very unsafe and old fashioned. I loved the jacket but returned it as too small. No return label was given so I had to struggle with UPS as a private client. I hope I will be reimbursed. I now bought the jacket in a larger size, but again 10 days gone and no update as to when I will receive it? This leaves me with an unsafe feeling.

Hello and thank you for your review! We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our service. For ecological reasons, we do not consider it sensible to enclose a printed returns label with all parcels if only a fraction of them are used. If required, a label can be conveniently requested and printed via our returns portal on our website. The customer bears the costs for the return, but we will send a €10 voucher for a follow-up order after receipt of the return if something really doesn't fit. This regulation is communicated in many places, e.g. in our FAQ under the returns section. This has proven to be the most sustainable way for us to avoid unnecessary returns without placing an additional burden on the customer. Best regards Your SportFits Team

Ready to ship, Delivery time 2 - 4 business days.... This was the item status when I ordered on 28 Nov 2023. I still have not heard any update about the current status from (The order has been successfully received).... Been more than a week....... would be nice if you have notified it in advance or any sort of update about the situation....

Se pago una consegna 9,5€ mi aspetto un servizio eccellente, la consegna doveva arrivare il 7 luglio, ma è arrivata il 10 luglio. Non è colpa vostra, capisco, comunque non comprerò più da voi, la vendita finisce quando il cliente ha nelle sue mani il prodotto, non quando paga.

I ordered a week ago (7th December) and the products haven’t eveb been sent. No luck hearing from customer service. All they have done is managed to process my payment through Klarna, which should be done when the product is sent, not before!

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Your order was dispatched by us directly on the next day of your order and handed over to DHL. Unfortunately, the delivery to your country seems to be a little delayed in the post. We apologise for this, but unfortunately we cannot intervene in DHL's internal processes. Ho ordinato parecchi giorni fa e non ho ancora ricevuto niente. Scrivero' un'opinione completa quando e se ricevero' i pantaloni Montura che ho ordinato. Hanno scritto una mail in tedesco, che io non parlo. Nel sito dicono che la spedizione avviene entro 2 giorni. Finora propio niente bene

Answer the phone! I have been waiting for more than 1,5 hours for someone to pick up the phone. I have not received any information of the delivery which was promised in 4-6 working days. I am starting to think this whole "company" is a scam.

According to shipment tracking, the parcel is still on its way to you. We regret that you do not seem to have received a shipping confirmation with tracking. According to the outgoing mail server, this was sent by us on 04.12.2023.
