I ordered first time and had no follow up on when to receive my parcel by email which is normally done. Instead I found a note I my physical mailbox which was about to get lost in publicity papers. Very unsafe and old fashioned. I loved the jacket but returned it as too small. No return label was given so I had to struggle with UPS as a private client. I hope I will be reimbursed. I now bought the jacket in a larger size, but again 10 days gone and no update as to when I will receive it? This leaves me with an unsafe feeling.

The shipping agent did not bring the order. The said the adress was incorrect but there is no way to contact them or change it.

The delivery time was announced as 4-6 days. Now I have waited 11 days. DHL informs that the package is still in Germany. Sad!

Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear that you don't seem to have received your order yet. We shipped it the next working day after receiving your order and handed it over to DHL. According to shipment tracking, the parcel is still on its way to you. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up the internal processing procedures at DHL or any other shipping service provider, but we assume that your parcel will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your feedback! Normally, all our customers receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email as soon as the parcel is on its way to you. We regret that you do not seem to have received a shipping confirmation with tracking. According to the outgoing mail server, this was sent by us on 04.12.2023. Unfortunately, due to the Christmas period, there are currently slightly longer waiting times on our hotline (Mon - Fri 10am - 12pm and 1pm - 4pm). The costs for returns are covered by the customer, however, we send a 10€ voucher for a follow-up order after receipt of the return, should something really not fit. This regulation is communicated in many places, e.g. under https://sportfits.eu/returns-warranty or https://sportfits.eu/return-costs. This has proven to be the most sustainable way for us to avoid unnecessary returns without placing an additional burden on the customer. Kind regards Your SportFits Team

Hello and thanks for your review. Your order contains products with a longer delivery time than usual for us. This is always the case if the order contains products that are not in stock but have just been reordered by the manufacturer and are already on their way to us by post. A delivery time of 8-10 working days was specified in your order (first line of the order confirmation). Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included. After receipt of the goods, the order will be shipped to you immediately. Of course, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking to the e-mail address specified in the order. We also informed you of this within our response time (see automatic confirmation of receipt of your email) to your email from Saturday. Best regards Your SportFits-Team
