I like the products. Sadly the products I would like are usually out of stock, and there is no longer an option to get an email when they are restocked (which as a customer was a very handy option).
I would really appreciate not getting a whole bunch of extra packing material when I get a delivery. I get that you need to use some, but dumping that in my package so that I have to get rid of it is not ok!
There is definitely room for improvement. Firstly, I am sent an e-mail asking if I have received someone else’s parcel, but it contains the wrong order code. Secondly, when I phone about this, it takes ages before I am told that the codes have been swapped. Thirdly, the person on the phone was far from helpful. At long last the xmas puds arrived, no further complaints other than the amount of cardboard used.
