The website is legit. They send chairs. But ordering process by website, payments(who uses PayPal in 2026) is not as comfortable as I am used to. If you can order a chair via Amazon or directly from steelcase don't bother with it. Anyway If you don't have good options the shop will do the job

Everything went alright. I chose to buy from this store because they had better offers than resellers in my country, even after addition of shipping price to this order. Chair is new, color as ordered, shipping staff handled it well, it came in one box on a pallette with really easy assembly. There was barely any contact from and to me except what had to done about the order, so i consider this as professionally managed transaction for both sides. As of the chair, it's not anathing crazy¸ just a steelcase gesture. I am sitting on it comfortably without any pain in my spine, so i consider it a good start. I am niether happy or dissapointed with it. It looks beautifull in wine red color, the sitting experience shorttime is just a little better than some ergo office chairs my workplace bought in bulk for at least two times less though It gets better after longer sessions. Here you are paying for comfort litte better than average but with better sitting posture, solid build, long warranty and for the looks of this chair. I am willing to spend that money on those features in hope that it improves at least a little my home workplace in which i spending quite some time.
