After 3 years of usage of my Steelcase Leap chair two of the controls had deficiencies and practically stopped working. Many thanks to OfficeChair 4U for sending replacement parts along with instructions. The speed of delivery was also quite impressive given I'm in Brussels and the shop is in Germany. Many thanks, all this is much appreciated.

Good experience

The website is legit. They send chairs. But ordering process by website, payments(who uses PayPal in 2026) is not as comfortable as I am used to. If you can order a chair via Amazon or directly from steelcase don't bother with it. Anyway If you don't have good options the shop will do the job
