The shipment is gone horribly wrong... The first two "attempts" were not actually made by DHL (I was at the location during the "attempt") and afterwards it was sent to a location 45 minutes away. Afterwards, the parcel even got lost... the inquiry is still pending.

Het apparaat is nog nieuw voor ons, maar we mankeren wel wat uitleg over mogelijke work-outs. We vinden het jammer dat de beugeltjes voor armsteun dezelfde zijn als de pootjes voor het stoeltje.

The order was processed and delivered in a timely manner. While the assembly presented some complexities, the materials appear to be of satisfactory quality.
