Review summary
Customers frequently highlight the fast and efficient delivery, excellent product quality, secure packaging, and helpful, professional customer service as standout aspects. Many also appreciate the competitive pricing, wide selection, and availability of unique or hard-to-find items. Clear and timely communication is noted by most, and the return and problem-solving processes are generally effective and smooth. Some customers report occasional shipping delays or issues with third-party couriers. A few note that packaging for fragile items could be improved, and there are isolated cases of poor communication or unresolved customer service issues. While most communication is timely, a minority experience lapses in updates or responsiveness, and returns do not always proceed smoothly.

Excellent service, fast shipping, and the added value lies in the fact that they offer and sell specialized sharpening stones.

There is an excellent range of knives on offer, purchasing is straightforward and payment is trouble free. It takes a little longer to ship to Lithuania but there are no issues. All in all an excellent company to deal with. My last purchase a ZT 562 folder is everything I expected, “you get what you pay for “.

Excellent service
Straight forward buying process with good payment options. My knife was packed up securely and dispatched very quickly.
This was the fifth knife I have purchased in the last couple of months from knives and tools and all have arrived in perfect condition.

Great companyd
Excellent experience with Knivesandtools. I bought De Buyer and Lodge pans and everything was perfect. The product quality is outstanding and the delivery was smooth and very fast because they ship everything directly from their own warehouse.
The prices are fantastic – the best I have found in Europe for these products. Everything arrived well packed and exactly as described.
A very trustworthy shop with great brands and excellent service. I highly recommend Knivesandtools and will definitely buy from them again

It was very good in general like usual but this time ...
It was very good in general like usual,
but
this time the packing was flimsy, even tho the items arrived wel, in my opinion the packaging would be better more robustly acomodated, it was just a normal cardboard box and the items whitout any protection loose inside. if the box would have and accident during transportation the thermos that i ordered could be crumpled.
Still usualy is better.

Communication was quick and to the point, and the transaction was flawless. I can't yet judge how they handle issues, as true professionalism shows when things go wrong. I hope everything stays perfect, but if any problems pop up, I'll update my review objectively.

When i ordered the qsp mamba in black stonewash blue micarta, the pictures differed so much from the actual colors as they are presented on the official qsp site that i actually figured it was either a discontinued or exclusive color scheme. i still liked it bit that was a bit weird. other than that everything was great!

Blades I ordered were less expensive and came quicker than amazon. In spite of stupid Trump Tarriffs

Fast and good service. Nice filters on the website, so it is easy to find exactly what you want.

I love the range of knives and whetstones you have available,
I like the very fast delivery of the package,
I like the extra details in the description of the product I buy,
the only thing I would like to see is: that products made of fragile or expensive material such as expensive knives or whetstones would be packed in that bubble wrap
transparent plastic. because sometimes those who deliver packages they can be a little careless and negligent.

Jó vételi lehetőségek alkalmanként, jó árakkal. Átlagosan elég gyors ügymenet. Kommunikáció lehetne pontosabb, vagy közvetlenebb.(volt levél, amire nem kaptam választ).
