I like everything about knives and tools. What I don't like at all, is the DHL and then local post office method for delivery, it takes a long week for the package to arrive. Not to mention failed attemtps for delivery that are not real from DHL, they don't work well everywhere, I receive faster products from aliexpress with much cheaper delivery rates, than from them.

Ik heb bepaalde dingen besteld en toen ik de bestelling maakte waren deye volgens de website op voorraad. Maar uiteindelijk is mijn bestelling met meerdere dagen uitgesteld en moest ik zelf bellen om erachter te komen waarom dit het geval was, namelijk dat een van de dingen die ik had besteld niet meer op voorraad was. Toen ik de klantenservice belde is dit heel snel en goed opgelost, dus mijn complimenten hiervoor. De mensen van de klantenservice hebben mij heel snel en goed gehlopen en ik dank hen hiervoor. Maar over het algemeen ben ik niet tevreden met de service, buiten het bellen naar de klantenservice om, die geleverd is.
