What a great experience in a world where experiences aren't always great. The containers arrived as raw steel a few days ago, they went together fairly easily and they are now all planted up and in position and doing their jobs. The patina has begun to emerge and cortan look is starting to come through, so I'm very happy. The shipping was incredibly quick, first of all to be shipped and second of all the amount of time it took to ship the items. So very happy with my purchase.

Bent tab lifting a panel out of the package …
When lifting a panel out of the packaging, on account of the way they were packed, I bent a tab meaning when I assembled the planter one of the corners did not align fully. To fix it I would need to disassemble and reassemble.

Dear John,
Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear that a tab bent during unpacking and that this affected the alignment of one corner during assembly. We appreciate you pointing this out and take your feedback to heart as we continue to improve our packaging and product quality.

Good products, well priced
The products are as described and represent good value. The steel garden steps are relatively east to assemble, though the bolts supplied are very short!

Quality of product is excellent, but base plate needs more bolts to avoid sagging in the middle.
