Ease of plant selection, straightforward payment. I have purchased several plants now from Gardens 4u and have been impressed with the turnaround and delivery. The plants arrive after a couple of days beautifully packed I’ve not had one plant receive any damage during transit. The quality of the plants has always been very good the prices are very reasonable and so is the carriage compared to other companies. I feel I can always shop with confidence with Gardens 4 u I thoroughly recommend them
Delighted to have received my order which was dispatched and delivered within the timeframe given, everything arrived perfectly packaged and in excellent condition, and were delivered by DPD which in my opinion is always a bonus, as they take very considerable care with goods entrusted to them. All plants arrived as advertised, appear healthy and were delivered as well as they were sent, so I’m not needing to make any recommendations as to what could possibly be done better.
I’ve used gardens4you recently a couple of times. I’m very impressed with information on website regarding plant sizes etc, you know what you’re getting. Fast delivery and packaging of plants great also. I also think the price point is great value too. Included couple of images for you, plant sizes I’m delighted with, have a few outside this morning for some sunshine and oxygen.

I needed to send a Chinese Money Plant to my father from the UK to Ireland, which is now super difficult because of Brexit... but these guys managed to so it so well. My father got a well looked after plant a few days later & said there were no issues at all.
They also took care of all customer service issues very well. I would use them again! Theyre fab!
Because your email address contained the suffix “.ie” I assumed that you were a company on the island of Ireland. I have no problem about supporting other nationalities in Europe, as we are all one now in the EU, but I did think that the order would have arrived more quickly if it came from a location closer to home. Some of the plants looked a little the worse for wear as a result ofthe time spent in transit through the United Kingdom.

Plants arrived in perfect condition well watered, no leaf wilt. The Kiwi plant was exceptionally well grown in perfect shape and I planted it immediately. I thought the box was extremely large but it meant all plants were well packed. I bought strawberries and bare root plants which had good fat growth. I am hopeful of excellent crops.
Ordered a tree to use as a memorial for my little dog, Ronnie Drew,who passed last month so was nervous but it came well packaged,in perfect condition,bigger than I'd thought,and is absolutely thriving.Nobody knows the story behind ordering plants and this company makes sure they supply the best.Very impressed and extremely grateful.
I usually am very happy with this site. This time however i bought a plant . It was an indoor / outdoor. Not a lot of information on it so i looked up some. Turns out its a highly poisonous toxic plant with adverse effects to both animals & humans. Im not impressed that the information wasnt given with the plant.. i will not have this plant anywhere now so ended up dusposingnof it carefully !!

I had an issue with the delivery and got delayed for a few days… because of my mistake. But the plants got in the perfect condition and shape.. soil slightly moist. There was no damage to the plants or packaging. I am super happy with them. Absolutely delighted and highly recommend 🥰🥰
Packing of products and information supplied was excellent. The only inconvenience was that the tracking on the delivery was impossible to follow due to an error in the identification number supplied. Otherwise prompt and informative info was impressive. Will definitely be using you again
Anything I have ordered arrived in excellent condition, anything I pre-ordered they have always have come bk to me , also when you do order you get advice on those plants trees etc

Communication was prompt and very helpful. The products were dispatched without delay, were carefully packaged meaning I got exactly what I wanted and in particularly good condition.
The delivery (I'm aware it is beyond your control) was not so prompt. The initial date was not honoured and no future date was provided. Finally I received a text informing me of delivery in 3 minutes. Thankfully we were at home and were not included a rush for the products.

Really impressed with how my delivery arrived. Plants packed brilliantly secure and all in great condition and not a bit dried out, even had structural supports for the travel. Highly recommend, will def purchase from here again.

Plants arrived safely packaged and in excellent condition.
Only thing that would be helpful would be a hyperlink on the purchase order (email receipt) to each of the plants purchased. Very hard to show wife what i bought and plant needs with a list of latin names.
The plants are beautiful and met my expectations, but I'm quite concerned because the delivery was delayed 3 days and they arrived quite damaged and dry.
I hope them recover.
I'll repot them in 3 days to give them more space; I'm just waiting for them to rehydrate.
The store is great, the order arrived correctly, but the shipping choice is careless.
We ordered a banana and a lemon tree from what looked like an Irish supplier and it turned out to be from the Netherlands, which is not a particular problem, except I would have preferred to have known up front. The products arrived reasonably, but I can't yet say whether or not I'm fully satisfied, as I've still to get them planted ip/potted on
How they ensured safe packaging of bulbs. However planting instruction need to be put in box in diagram format. The name of the organisation needs to remain as Gardens 4you as I was unsure which delivery until box was opened.

This was the first time I have ordered online from this company and everything was as perfect as it could be! From the ease of ordering on the website right through to the time and day of delivery ! The packaging was exceptional and instructions on how to care for the bulb were sent to me via email separately! Can only Very Highly Recommend this company to all!

I've ordered a frw times from this company and I will do again. Their plants, root balls etc are always delivered peomptly and in excellent condition. I can't think of anything they could do better sp a huge thank-you.
