Everything is going very well with the order from the e-shop. I received the desired goods quickly. My concern is that my/the client's phone number and e-mail address are not included on the parcel/letter. There are many, many self-service parcel machines in Estonia, but very few post offices.
There are several such self-service parcel machines, from different companies, in the vicinity of my home, but the first post office is in Tallinn, which is 15 km away. If my phone number and email were on the parcel, I would be able to receive the parcel close to home. Since for some reason you don't put a phone number and email on the parcel, I have to drive 15 km to receive the parcel. How can I make sure that the next parcel has my name and address, as well as my phone number and email address?
