Really bad

I ordered nine plants in total. Six of them were in acceptable condition — not perfect, but relatively good compared to the others. Unfortunately, the remaining three were in an appalling state: visibly decaying and affected by fungi. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I will not be ordering again.

The apple plant I received was nearly dead and I don’t think it will survive .
Answer by gardens4you.ie
The tree in the photo is not dead. Upon arrival, it should be soaked in water immediately and then planted. Please note that all our orders come with a 2-month guarantee, so if you experience any issues with the plant’s survival, contact our customer service team for assistance.
