The plants I received were heavily water logged and the plants had to be cut out of the tubs they were so heavenly root bound. Then customer care had the cheek to inform me that this was a sign of healthy growth when every gardner knows this is not the case.

We can see in our system that your order for Erica carnea Pink was delivered in April, with six plants in total, and guaranteed until 13/06/2025.
We do not understand how it has taken five months to leave a review, especially since no issue was ever reported to our customer service team during the guarantee period. Erica carnea is an autumn–winter plant that can be sensitive to high summer temperatures if not properly planted or cared for.
For this reason, we believe it would have been more appropriate to contact us for assistance before leaving a negative review, as our team is always ready to help and provide solutions when informed in time.
