Plant delivered quickly and in good condition
I was very disappointed when I received my plants.. they were in very poor condition.. they appeared to ge old plants that had been kept in small pots & had been cut several times.. 2 of the plants had approx 4inch root growth coming through bottom of the pots

We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. Please note that we do not sell old plants. All our plants are cultivated outdoors and grown specifically for sale. Sometimes roots may grow through the bottom of the pots during cultivation, but this does not affect the health or quality of the plants. Quick deliver all beautiful and safely packed. Everything else is 5 star except the lavender. Only 5 are viable and the other 5 are struggling

Before Brexit, we had been shipping to England and Northern Ireland for over 25 years, and during that time, we never received any complaints regarding our international shipments. We have been shipping to Ireland for almost 20 years, so this is well known.
We manage 14 sites across Europe and ship to 22 countries. We are proud to pay our taxes and contribute to the European economy in every country where we operate. Our address and company history are available on our website; if you had taken the time to review them carefully, you would not have formed the impression expressed in your comment, nor left an unjustified note simply because we are not based in Ireland.
We also note that Ireland hosts a major American company that makes millions worldwide and pays very little, if any, tax in your country. Therefore, your comment does not reflect the full picture, and we regret having to point this out.
