Very poor service

I ordered 3 items. You couldn’t deliver one item and you never informed me. You just sent the other two. It should have been on your website that you couldn’t deliver that item to my location and I should have been given the option to cancel the whole order. I had to contact you when I noticed the item missing and I had to request a refund for that item. My initial email was responded to by an automated response with delivery details. Nothing to do with what I had sent in my email. Very poor service.
