Plants were healthy and delivered in just a few days . All good experience from start to finish . Great website ----- good info and timely updates on purchase. I have a 23 year old garden and am by the sea with a windy wet climate so gardening is a challenge . Never very cold but always quite wet .
Hydrangeas and Berberis along with a handful of other shrubs and perennials survive nicely here so my garden has always brought me many compliments . My recent purchases from you will of course further enhance my garden.
Dead,rotten and unrecognisable plants sent!!!
I have received my order and I have never seen anything like this before: dead, rotten, mouldy and unrecognisable plants. This must be some joke or I don’t even know what to call it. There is no way, you can plant them. I just want my money back and someone to collect that stuff, as I am not wasting more money to send those plants back. I already paid more than 120 euro.
The plants that I ordered looked nothing like what website shows. Basically, recieved 2 stick with a few leaves. Very very disappointing!!! You need to show what the plants look like instead of the mature version. Will not be ordering from your company again.

Our website, like all other plant websites in Europe, always showcases a mature version of the product you are purchasing, whether it's perennial plants, shrubs, or trees. When you select a product, its description includes information about its size and the diameter of its pot. Our plants are nursery-grown, cultivated outdoors year-round. Between September and February, the plants go into senescence and cease active growth that's why we offer a longer shelf life for plants purchased between september and February with complete transparency for over 30 years.

Northern Europe lives to the rhythm of the 4 seasons. If you buy nursery plants
(cultivated outdoor all year around) at the end of the growing season, just before autumn arrives, it's normal that their growth won't start until next spring. This is why orders between September and October are guaranteed longer than the usual 2 months.

Mother Nature Apparently
I bought from this site before I realised the company is based in the Netherlands and that the plants would be arriving from there. I wanted to support an Irish company. Hey ho. I ordered ten plants from the sale. There is a visual disparity shall we say between a shrub advertised and the one I received, although the label says it is indeed the shrub I ordered so how can I complain? Two grasses arrived half-dead and the bushes had been cut perhaps to fit the packaging box but probably just to cut off the many dead twigs. To be fair, customer service did respond. Initially, when they gave me the wrong tracking number and then when I sent them photos complaining about the poor condition of part of my order. To give you an idea as I can't post photos onto Trustpilot, one browning and dehydrated grass had been cut like a square of turf and pressed into a small plastic pot. Anyone who cares about plants wouldn't treat them this way. A company who respects their customers wouldn't sell such bad quality products. Customer service told me that the dead leaves and branches were part of the natural process, having been "exposed to wind, sun and rain". And "don't worry, just remove the leaves by hand". That "once planted in the garden, it will grow harmoniously with the seasons for many years to come". So Mother Nature to the rescue apparently. By the way, I told the company I would have to leave a disappointed review. They should be used to it by now.

We advertise plants cultivated outdoor all year along. We send the majority of our plants as naturally growing young plants.
These young and robust plants will recover well after planting and sprout anew.
Hosta roots are always sent dry so as not to develop disease or mildew they need to be soaked in water prior to plant them
Pennisteum are ornamental grasses that turn to straw in autumn and winter. In late spring, the plant becomes an ornamental grass again, as we can see from your photos.
The rosebush shows no signs of damage, just like the other items.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
I bought 8 plants from this supplier and I am not impressed. For this money you can buy plants in local garden shops looking more mature and in better physical state. The shop gave me two months to see if they survive. Oven if they survive it will take a long time for them to grow up. For example, I bought Hosta for €6 which came sized about 8 cm tall and about 8 cm in width, for the same money I bought in B&Q the same Hosta sized 25cm in height and about 25 cm in width. A big difference. Lily was delivered nearly white colour and nearly dead. The rest of the plants are in nearly the same small sizes and in very poor conditions.
This is a very misleading advertisements on their website. I do not advise anyone to buy their plants, you will be very disappointed.

Our plants are nursery plants grown outdoors, designed to grow in the garden and develop with the seasons. We don't sell florist or supermarket plants fed on fertilizers and grown under artificial light. Our plants, once in the ground, will grow for years to come. We have customers all over Europe who send us photos after several years of using our products. We offer a 2-month warranty on all our plants.

Slightly disappointing
-Website had suffix ".ie" (Rep. Of Ireland domain)
Plants shipped from Netherlands
-Business doesn't appear to have more than a token physical address to claim .ie. This is entirely within the law but personally I find this practice dishonest.
-Flowers picked were listed as good for shaded areas, upon arrival packaging stated they were suitable for direct sun.
-Upon arrival one plant was in reasonable condition with some slight damage, to be expected shipping overseas ( and why I chose a supposed Irish website to prevent this) and the other plant was badly crumpled into the same packaging.
Again, nothing illegal about this practice, however, I will avoid in future.
This is entirely my own experience.

We do not keep secret the fact that we are based in Holland, our physical address is clearly visible on the site and we pay taxes to the 22 countries where we ship which also brings in currency in these various countries. Vinca minor and climbing rose can be planted in sun or partial shade. We've been shipping to Ireland for over 20 years and are proud to have customers in 22 European countries with the lowest prices on the market.

Brown spot!
Received 20 plants,10 had brown spot and 5 were wilted and in poor health. I didn't expect to have sick plants sent to me. This brown spot didn't happen over night in the box. All the roots had completely outgrown the pots they were shipped in, although these did look healthy, they should have been in the ground with roots that long. I also, and its my own fault, didn't realise that just because the company has a dot IE website, it does not mean they are based in Ireland. I wouldn't usually buy plants that need shipping like this. I buy local plants and Ireland based suppliers to prevent receiving wilted and poor quality plants. Ti.e will tell if these plants can be revived.
