Good website and selection of fabrics, easy ordering, fairly quick delivery considering it was international courier.
The courier, UPS, messed up and delivered to the wrong address, but after a rather convoluted two hours dealing with customer services they managed to trace my parcel and sent the driver back to fetch it and deliver it correctly.

this the second time I bought from Pin-a-Pin and both times was pleased with the web site, the ease of purchase and the delivery.
it might help customers choosing if more details of the fabrics were online. I am not an expert and had to do some research elsewhere to help me to choose the right fabric.
