I ordered a customized XMG NEO 16 (M26) with Bestware. I am particularly impressed by the excellent communication of customer support. I had a question regarding the laptop configuration and delivery date and when I phoned the lines were busy. I was about to send an e-mail when I received a call back after a couple of minutes. I got the information I needed and just a bit more than a week later I received my laptop by UPS. Very speedy delivery! The laptop arrived with clear setup instructions and I am very happy with it. My compliments to Tina Raab and her colleagues of Customer Support for taking care of me. And of course kudos to Bestware. I highly recommend this company and the XMG NEO 16 (M265) of Schenker Technologies.

I bought the PRO 16 VE (M25) laptop model from XMG. It arrived in good condition, and I proceeded to install Windows 11, Office 2021, and other programs. So far, everything has been fine—no problems at all. In the past, I’ve also bought a laptop from XMG (the one I’m writing this on)—the XMG NEO 17 (E23) model with water cooling—which is still working fine, which is why I decided to buy the PRO 16 VE (M25) model for a family member. I like the build quality and the wide range of options available. I highly recommend it!

Everything is perfect, this is my 3rd laptop from Bestware/XMG. My first was Fusion L19, 7 years old machine that still running perfect until today, then followed by Neo E23 then recently Neo E26. The quality of build is unquestionable. The responds on questions and queries are also very fast. After sales support is awesome. What else can a customer asked :)

Online configurator is really nice and helpful, delivery was fast considering summer pause, packaging was average, pc build is good and had no problems so far. Unfortunately, the pc glass side panel of the case that was used for the build was faulty; while largely dependent on the pc case producer (corsair), this accident proves that some components choices can be really far from the 'premium quality' advertised on the XMG site. Customer support brushed this aside claiming it's not covered by the warranty.

Great custom built (very fast!) notebook so far, responsive customer service. UPS sucks for ordering to Hungary, but eventually I received the package so all fine.

Hardware is clean, nearly full aluminium based. Access to SSD and RAM is easy (with screws) and interior design is neat. The EVO 15 (M25) is fast and efficient. BIOS was updated to latest version before shipping.

I like the new laptop I got. It took almost 1 month to get. Not really schenker/XMG s fault, we are in a Global memory shorting right now. But overall I am happy with my purchase of a new laptop 😁

I liked the technical service, sales service. Improvement can be done via the configurator to show a picture of the power cables for each country to know what fits for different needs.

I like: - fast delivery, - laptop is beautifully designed, good quality, - I could choose between various components and create a custom laptop

I bought a pro 16 m 25 personally configurated and it’s great. It arrived on time and the product is everything I asked for.

Amazing quality. Perfect delivery to Spain, people pay attention to details. Custom hardware setups are huge. I'd recommend this company

The laptop is great, great performanse and quality. For this price in Croatia I couldn't have found a better laptop.
