1. I love the ease of being able to purchase travel tickets online. 2. I had expected AirFrance to do better when I called your local (in Nigeria) held desk multiple time to change my return ticket from Abuja (Nigeria) back to San Francisco (US) but ended up showing up at the airport only to miss that flight because I missed the email link to confirm my itinerary. I had no choice but to purchase over $1,500 one-way ticket from another carrier (Lufthansa) that night to make my trip home in San Francisco. Even though I filed for and received a refund of over $700 from AirFrance which was less than 50% of the cost of my impromptu Lufthansa ticket, this could have been avoided if AirFrance help desk in Nigeria had been more responsive/could have returned my phone calls over a period of ten days in February this year. Not a happy return AirFrance customer since then; I must tell you.

Here my opinion goes to the website. Effective, gives details including airplane of flight. Something I have not checked recently is not really about the website but the prices, I get that from friends also: sometimes people want to travel, visit some places stop a few days and continue from elsewhere and they are discouraged with the price. Normal that more expensive than round trip but they find on competition better deals although they would have otherwise selected AirFrance even if a bit more expensive.

Making online reservations for July travel

Easy to select flight date and price once you get the correct departure city. Website defaults to New York Also if you want to go back and change date you have to start all over again and loose what you selected. I started this process a couple of days ago and when I went back the price changed for same date and flight. Also missing page for passport number and global entry number. No info about new entry requirements to France.

The 2 step authentication problem

The 2 step authentication is a real problem. You only have 60 seconds to wait for the code and enter it. This is ridiculous. Sometimes you receive he code after 60 seconds, sometimes it is in spam and by the time you find it it is too late. Please change the time to enter the code to at least several minutes.

We really enjoyed Starlink Internet…

1.) We really enjoyed Starlink Internet as part of our Flying Blue business class experience. So much so that I purchased $22,300 in additional AirFrance business class tickets for our next trip. 2.) Better? Focus a bit on the on board food quality as delivered to the seat. Name chefs are just names. Our son worked for one and I can tell you that Dominique Crenn had nothing to do with our meal. Your food was very good, but it could be better. Need to consider the whole arch from prep to delivery in the cabin.

Finding and ordering tickets was easy, and even though I accidentally mixed up two letters of a name on one of the tickets; after 24 hours I called customer support and the nice representative fixed it right away. Hopefully the flight will be just as good as the initial experience with AirFrance.

Navigation for buying a ticket was great, simple and fluid. NAvigation for check in was confusing, but in the end I managed to get my boarding passes in the app, though an error was popping up when. I tried downloading them into my wallet

Easy to navigate
