The website is very simple and easy to follow. Not complicated at all. To book my ticket, I didn’t have to go through an agent as the price is shown on the website were matching. With the lowest price offer on certain days, it will be great if you allowed to baggage. That way, you will get more passengers who are willing to buy tickets. I believe all airlines get their revenue from the economy class not the business. I suggest give more facilities to economy class, and you will see your business booming.

I think it is one of the best airlines sites I have ever visited (and I travel all over the world- flown at least 50 airlines). The only frustration was trying to book a ticket in extreme advance (a year out) - the future dates weren’t blocked on the calendar so every time I searched it returned no results (in a window when some airlines have opened seats)- so it was very hard to determine when that cutoff actually was.

Booked four last-minute tickets from Chicago to Krakow the day before departure, after our original flight fell apart with another carrier. The site was straightforward — found the flight, paid, and had the confirmation and e-tickets in my inbox within minutes. Adding extras and checking in worked without any trouble. Under a lot of stress that day, this was the one part that went smoothly.

Liked: smooth process. Not Liked: it was difficult to go past the seat selection without choosing d out option. Passengers should have options to choose Unpaid for seats as an air Ticket Should presuppose a seat already. A few specially positioned Seats could be sold but not all seats. O purchased a premium econ ticket but still d system wanted me to pay to select a seat!!

My wife and I like Air France very much, but our experience buying two RT tickets from Tampa to Paris was very disheartening. We found AF's practices were very deceptive and misleading. Here is an incomplete list of disceptions. 1. When booking an outbound leg, the web page says this is round trip, but it is not. 2. When you shop for the best price for a RT ticket AF is extremely deceptive. The outbound leg is almost universally much less than the best return leg. 3. I was shopping, and I got an offer to lock in a price for $ X for a give length of time. This is a very deceptive and short sighted practice as it gives AF the image of being a carnival hawker. Very distasteful and annoying. 4. I found that prices were changing, mostly increeasing, during the same session. It's impossible this could be a function of market forces. So, I suspected that I am being manipulated by an AI program. 5. If AF wants to regain my respect and the respect of others it will change its practices. My wife believes that AF is acting just like other major carriers. If she is correct, AF should be ashamed. 6. One thing is sure, the next time when we go on AF to buy a ticket, if I detect the same manipulative practices, I will expand our search to other carriers and see if any is not following such practices and it would be our new, favorite carrier.

Overall, the website is easy to use. When making reservations, I'm unclear why it asks me if my purpose for travel is for business or pleasure. I also find it frustrating to use points sometimes for upgrades. As a platinum member of AirFrance, I have found that flying with them is reliable and customer service has been quite good.

I had expected AirFrance to do better when I called your local (in Nigeria) held desk multiple time to change my return ticket from Abuja (Nigeria) back to San Francisco (US) but ended up showing up at the airport only to miss that flight because I missed the email link to confirm my itinerary. I had no choice but to purchase over $1,500 one-way ticket from another carrier (Lufthansa) that night to make my trip home in San Francisco. Even though I filed for and received a refund of over $700 from AirFrance which was less than 50% of the cost of my impromptu Lufthansa ticket, this could have been avoided if AirFrance help desk in Nigeria had been more responsive/could have returned my phone calls over a period of ten days in February this year. Not a happy return AirFrance customer since then; I must tell you.

Here my opinion goes to the website. Effective, gives details including airplane of flight. Something I have not checked recently is not really about the website but the prices, I get that from friends also: sometimes people want to travel, visit some places stop a few days and continue from elsewhere and they are discouraged with the price. Normal that more expensive than round trip but they find on competition better deals although they would have otherwise selected AirFrance even if a bit more expensive.

Easy to select flight date and price once you get the correct departure city. Website defaults to New York Also if you want to go back and change date you have to start all over again and loose what you selected. I started this process a couple of days ago and when I went back the price changed for same date and flight. Also missing page for passport number and global entry number. No info about new entry requirements to France.

Last weel we bought a RT Air France ticket from TPA to CDG and return. It was a miserable experience which I reported. Yesterday, we bought an Air France ticket for CDG to TLS and return. Another miserable experience. Here are most of my complaints. AF is practicing several forms of trickery in its pricing. Great variations in pricing the same flight wtih 3 kinds of economy tickets from the worst, if you have to cancel you louse everyrthing, to the ability to reroute but not get a refund. For 2 of the 3 you can't check baggage and no where is it stated what checking a bag costs. Then after selecting a fare, you have to pay to select a seat. Why? This is insulting. Meanwhile, web pages appear saying you have 5 minutes to make your purhcase or, it is implied, the price will go up. Why? What justification. Or you can pay another fee to holld your preferred ticket for 24 hours. Every aspect of a flgith that can have options has a price tag. Disgusting. I would expect this kind of nonsense from a low cost carrier but not Air France. AF used to be our favorite carrier but those days are gone. We will be shopping more widely in the air travel bizar that AF is making worse.

I had a very pleasant experience flying with Air France. The staff were professional, kind, and helpful throughout the trip. The boarding process was organized, the seats were comfortable, and the flight felt smooth and relaxing. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the aircraft and the quality of the food and entertainment options. One thing that could be improved is the waiting time during boarding and baggage claim, which felt a bit slow. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would gladly fly with Air France again.

The website forced me to pay through PayPal which I do not like to use. Next time I’ll try to book through the KLM site as a friend did and was not forced over to PayPal.

Your seats are uncomfortable and the food is not up to French standards!!!! When the person in front of me puts the seat back, they are practically in my lap! Is this the best you can do for the average traveller, and not the person willing to pay more???

Generally an easy website to use. This time I ran into significant delays on a couple of pages. But overall I like Air France and its team. I always have a great trip.

Quick and simple reservation process - everything was clearly explained with clear language and use of graphics.

The website is quite user-friendly, allowing users to book flights, check their status, and even verify the validity of their passports. However, it’s challenging to upload documents and the website frequently crashes, which is a significant improvement that should be addressed.

Ease to navigate. Prices are somehow reasonable. Confirmation was sent few minutes after the reservation with no changes.

I always enjoyed traveling with Air France the service and professionalism was always 5 ⭐️ . I’m hoping to continue with the same service.
