I cannot warn people strongly enough — do not order from this company. They are dishonest, they short-change you, and they refuse to resolve it. I placed an order for 1kg total. I paid in full upfront — and they only sent me half of what I ordered. That means €1,200 worth of goods is completely missing. When I reached out to sort it out, they refused to acknowledge the problem, denied anything was wrong, and completely refused to refund me or send the missing items. They have effectively stolen €1,200 from me. I have provided video proof, shown the actual box size, weighed everything, and documented every single detail — and they still refuse to cooperate. I am now going through my bank, formal dispute channels, and every legal route available to get my money back. This is not how legitimate businesses operate. On top of that — what they advertise is nothing like what actually arrives. Their videos show top-quality flower with big, dense nugs. What turned up was the complete opposite: small nugs, dried out, low quality — nothing like what they marketed. This isn’t the first time either — I’ve placed three orders with them before, and looking back this has happened repeatedly. Their prices are also far higher than other reputable, trusted suppliers in Switzerland — you pay premium money and get less quantity and worse quality. If you value your money, stay far, far away from this company. Do not trust them, do not give them your business. Everyone I know in this industry — and anyone considering ordering from them — take my advice: go somewhere else. They are shady, they rip people off, and they will not stand behind their product. Avoid at all costs. ⛔
