Hello, Thanks for the great rating! We're happy to have you as part of the Playmats community. Best wishes,

Thank you for your suggestion! We actually do offer mat containers separately, so you can order one together with your mat if needed. For our latex mats, we also include a cardboard container with the order. For rubber mats, we don't currently include one by default, but the containers are available as a separate item. We really appreciate your feedback and hope this helps! :)

Hello, We’re really sorry that your experience was so frustrating. Unfortunately, it is true that we had to disable this shipping method to the USA, which resulted in the additional shipping cost for your order. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after the earlier production delay. Regarding the black grease marks, we’re sorry that this was missed during our quality check. They can sometimes appear after laser cutting and may transfer onto the mat during handling or transit. Fortunately, they can usually be easily removed with a damp cloth, or the mat can be washed on a gentle cycle. We’ve also sent you a private message so we can discuss this further and find a suitable solution. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience throughout the whole process. Best regards,
