Be careful with them, maybe scam!!!
I still not received my order which was placed 16/07/2025. Last status 2025-07-2213:28:08 Parcel collected by courier.
I mail them but nobody respond, i called them and the same problem. Helveti just ignore me, i paid money for order which was not delivered within 2 weeks, it's insane. I hope to receive feedback from them but most probably i need to dispute this transaction with PayPal or my Bank. Be careful with them.

Delivery took long time
Dispatching the order from the shipping country was very slow.

Thank you for your review. Your package left Helveti the same day your order was created. We unfortunately can't control the speed of the shipping companies but there is always a faster option in the shopping cart.

the watch from your order is available approximately within three weeks after creating the order. This was communicated with you during the shopping process. Sorry that we can't ship it earlier but we first have to receive the product to be able to ship it to you.
