We had tried Henri Willig a few years ago when we were in Amsterdam, so we knew that it was a premium cheese and that we liked it. We were in Rotterdam recently and visited the shop located in the Markthal. The gentleman there was very helpful. We were able to try several different cheeses and choose our favorite. I decided that I wanted to bring home about 10 hunks of cheese as gifts, so the nice man talked with me about shipping. I placed an order when I got home, and the service was excellent. Easy to use website, and we ordered 2 organic and 8 Extra Old Cow Cheese (our favorite). The cheese arrived 2 days later via FedEx. Everyone who I have given the cheese to has enjoyed it as much as my husband and I do. I love being able to share things that we find on our travels with family and friends, and was a grand slam gift. And there might be a few hunks of cheese in my refrigerator that were a gift to my husband and me. We like eating the cheese as part of a charcuterie board, but I’ve heard back from a couple of people, one who has used the cheese in an omelet and one who has made grilled cheese sandwiches with it. I believe I’ll be ordering again.

I made my order on August 19th, 2023 and have YET to receive any update about my order, let alone my order itself. Nothing has been delivered to me and the last I checked, it said that the label has been put on it, but it hasn't even left the facility yet! For someone who was planning on being a long time customer, this is very sad and am not interested in making any orders in the future with poor customer service like this.

Grand slam gifts and a few for me, too!

Uniquely Delicious Dutch Cheeses
Since I’m a cheese fanatic, I got my first piece of baby cheese as a present. I loved the Fenugreek cheese a lot with cheese dip fig red port. Amazing!
Thankfully, I came across a card in the box, registered and ordered my next portion immediately. It was smooth sailing, fast and really reliable and I could enjoy every bit of these brilliant cheeses again within some days. I’m going to place my next order soon. The only thing that I regret is that I missed my free gift just because of the small print, concerning the validity of your offer. Hopefully, next time. All in all, great thanks for these delicious cheeses that brighten up my days.

I ordered cheese that was temporarily out of stock. The customer service representative quickly contacted me offering to send me a similar cheese as a replacement. I particularly want the original cheese that I had ordered. I asked her to hold my original order, until the preferred cheese was back in stock. She did and all of my cheeses arrived a few days later. Henri Willing Cheese Company is very efficient, and of course the cheeses are the very best. I love doing business with them.

Sheep Cheese Extra Old—best cheese ever!
A friend who's a cheese aficionado visited the Netherlands last summer and brought back Henri Willig's Sheep Cheese Extra Old for me. Honestly, it's the best cheese I've ever tasted, so I looked into ordering more online, and you make ordering it so easy, with a very reasonable shipping cost!! Thank you so much!! I'll be placing orders regularly—to give it to others as gifts and to enjoy it myself. It's really, really splendid, worth every penny!!!

Everything Great
I have visited several stores in Europe and have always been happy with the service and product. I also order to home in the USA. One time there was a delivery problem because of US Customs. The company immediately send me a replacement order. They took care of the problem. The company takes care of it's customers. The several other times that I have ordered have been delivered with no problem at all. In short, great customer care and great cheese.

Cheeses are all very good, don't change the products.
Aspects of the checkout process over the past few years have resulted in my unintentionally double ordering to certain addresses. Not sure what the problem is, me or the system, but it is frustrating to, upon receiving confirmation of orders, to have to write back requesting one of them be canceled. Don't know the cure, just have seen the problem repeat.
