Make an offer in the style of "G-shock action 10%" and people will jump on it totally. They are the best watches in the world. I would definitely buy another. Or if you named the g shock dw 6900 mission impossible 2 watches and sold them as the ones Tom Cruise has in that movie. You would easily sell these watches 10 times over soon. Just make it somehow cool. Some mission impossible collection.

My opinion would be rather positive 5/5, but there were several shortcomings that need improvement. 1. Contact with customer service was surprisingly good until the purchase - then I sent emails, they were read and no one responded. Post-purchase service is lacking. 2. Problem with issuing the discount voucher (I used the price negotiation function) at one of your stores and was asked to switch to another. 3. No one responded to the "price negotiation" until I called. 4. No possibility to purchase a nice ring box for the engagement ring immediately. The one with the large banore logo is to be discarded right away.

I ordered a gift voucher, but I didn't receive it for 4 days, even though the website said that orders are sent within 24 hours. I wanted to cancel the order because I was left without a gift. In the email, the company didn't address my cancellation but instead sent a tracking link for the shipment. Great, a label was assigned to the order, but the product wasn't handed over to the courier. After my phone call, the lady proposed compensation for the delay and online sending of the voucher. I didn't entirely want to agree because I preferred a physical gift. Eventually, I agreed and requested the order be completed as quickly as possible (maximum 3 hours) because that day was my wedding anniversary, and I was left without a gift. The lady promised she would send the voucher via email. After 3 hours, the voucher was still not there, I called again, and finally, it was sorted out. If it weren't for my husband buying watches there, I would have canceled immediately. 2 stars because the ladies tried to arrange something, but it went slowly. I received no compensation for the confusion and requesting the voucher. I warn against a potential order of a voucher because it may not arrive on time. I cannot comment on the products, as the review is solely about the purchased voucher and the confusion.

I recommend both the store and the watch! A very versatile watch for any occasion from a brand with exceptional history and philosophy. The white, simple, classic dial will match both sportswear and casual attire, I think even with a blazer and white shirt it will work excellently. The bracelet perfectly complements the whole. Additionally, the gadget-like tritium indexes and precise Swiss mechanism make it a true GADA (go anywhere, do anything) watch.

Professional delivery. The Bowa watch is nice. Unfortunately, the mechanism does not work as it should. I had the battery replaced by a watchmaker, but the watch still stops. I no longer have the original box, so I cannot return the package. This is my second watch from this company, and I did not expect it to be defective.

Although the order was accepted, it was never delivered! Although it is specified on the seller's website that shipping is done within 24 hours, after 4 days I was notified that there is some delay in shipping, and after another 2 days I was informed that the products are no longer in stock, therefore they cannot fulfill the order but will make me another offer, which, of course, I did not accept because when I place an order I have my reasons for wanting certain models, with certain features, so any other offer is uninteresting. I requested the reimbursement of the amount paid in advance and asked to be notified when the transaction was performed. For two days I received no sign that, at least, they had registered my request! I returned with the same request and with phone calls, to finally be notified about the refund for 2 products that were not delivered. The situation was embarrassing, and I hope no other customer is treated like this.

Order processing was very swift. Regarding the watch, I have been using it for a week and so far I am very satisfied. I was concerned that it would look “bulky” on the wrist (I have a rather slender wrist) but it looks very sleek. The watch works flawlessly. I used it for running, walking, and cycling, and it performed excellently. I definitely recommend it 🙂

A legnehezebb Kiválasztott átvételi hely ellenére is gyors kiszolgálás . Az óra klasszikus könnyen kezelhető remélem tartós és a csatja is sokáig fogja bírni. Férfi kar órának nem mondanám inkább uniszex méret. A fém Szíj tökéletesen illeszkedik és az óra is kényelmesen felfekszik a csuklóra.

delivery time is absolutely top-notch :) I ordered a watch and it arrived the next day, unfortunately, it wasn't to the liking of the person who received it but that was no problem. Hassle-free and free returns with "convenient returns" and a new purchase. Shopping on this site is a bullseye!

náhodne som našiel hodinky, ktoré som na internete hľadal v tomto obchode najlacnejšie.. objednal som si ich a neskôr prečítal množstvo negatívnych recenzií, pričom som až tŕpol, či mi prídu.. prišli na tretí deň (presne tak, ako mi to zobrazovalo pri objednávaní).. všetko bolo v absolútnom poriadku!! hodinky originál zabalené, dodanie super-rýchle, cena najlepšia na našom trhu.. som maximálne spokojný a i v budúcnosti nebudem mať najlepší problém si z tohto e-shopu niečo objednať.. ďakujem

The site itself was okay, perhaps more digitalization would have been better. I placed an order and paid for a watch (unfortunately, I returned the watch), but to check the status of the order, I needed to use the order number from the payment confirmation email. After the order, I created an account, but the e-watches page did not integrate the order made before creating the account into that account. It's not a tragedy, but it would have been simpler if the order were included in my account.

Very disappointing customer service – order #1000845672 I placed order no. 1000845672 on 10.09.2026 and immediately paid the amount of 2,125.00 PLN via PayU. I ordered the Victorinox Journey 1884 watch ref. 241978. Since the model had a delivery time of 2-10 weeks, I contacted the store to request an exchange for the readily available model ref. 242009 with a black dial. Initially, I received a clear confirmation from an employee of Zegarownia.pl that the model would be exchanged and processed at the price I had already paid. Unfortunately, later conflicting information regarding the price and the amount of the surcharge began to appear. The amounts I had to pay changed in subsequent messages. Ultimately, I was informed that after applying the code S15, the price of the watch was 2,237.20 PLN, even though the amount of 2,192.15 PLN appeared in my cart for the same model. After this series of contradictory information and changes of position, I decided to cancel the purchase and requested a refund of the 2,125.00 PLN paid. As of September 18, I still have not received the refund or specific information on whether and when the refund was ordered. Despite several messages sent to the store, I did not even receive confirmation of receipt of my refund request. What particularly disappointed me was that, at the same time, I received a message from the store asking for an evaluation of the purchase and customer service, while my refund issue remained unanswered. I am not evaluating the watch itself here, because I ultimately did not receive it. I am only evaluating the manner of customer service and the execution of my order. For me, the problem is not the difference of a few tens or even a hundred zlotys. The problem is the lack of consistent information, changing agreements, and the lack of response to messages regarding the refund of money. The money was taken immediately. Obtaining a specific piece of information regarding its refund turned out to be much more difficult. I hope that at least the refund will be executed without further issues.

The ordered watch arrived on time, it's even more beautiful than described (the dial is mother-of-pearl, not plain white). Only note: the instruction manual is in Polish and does not include precise information about the watch model I purchased. It would be useful to add an English translation and specify more information about the purchased model.

The watch itself is very nice, but the packaging method for shipment is a mistake. The watch was packed in a cardboard sleeve that was damaged because it was thrown into a piece of air-filled plastic and then thrown into a larger box. The box was sealed with a single layer of tape that came loose, and when I received the package, I thought someone had simply taken the watch out - or perhaps it had fallen out during transport - the hole was so big... For this price, I expected better quality regarding the protection and packaging - especially since I wrote a request in the notes for nice packaging, as it is a gift. I also did not receive any proof of purchase. Probably the receipt fell out through the mentioned hole.

Transport, price, and product excellent. The watch is exceptional with a slightly larger diameter for those who prefer it, excellent design, the dial and indices are very legible both day and night. The accuracy of the watch is very good. I recommend the store, services, and eCeasuri products. I have also bought other watches from them and have been very satisfied; plus, they have discounts of 10 or 15%!!!

I am very satisfied with the purchase of this watch (MK7522), it is absolutely stunning, very elegant and exactly as in the presentation - being 100% original. The superior quality is evident, and the delivery was extremely quick after placing the order on the site.

This practice by the delivery person is completely unprofessional and non-compliant with parcel handling norms. However, given that this deficiency is strictly a matter of third-party logistics, the store's performance cannot be overshadowed. For eceasuri.ro, a top rating: Full 5 stars!
