Purchased a second strap for my 'Munster' watch with the new butterfly clasp. 2 points;
1. Your websites wording on which strap to purchase (width and type) for my watch to fit the clasp is unclear, confusing even. It took a phone call to clarify.
2. The butterfly clasp mated to the normal strap is very much a compromise. The lug of the clasp (controlling the length of the bracelet) pops out of the leather strap hole when putting the watch on and closing the clasp, also the normal strap length is too long, the toe of the strap needing two keepers to keep in place. A strap made solely for use with a clasp normally does not need this.
Reply from Laco Pilot Watches
Thank you for your detailed and constructive feedback, we really appreciate it. You're absolutely right that the website could be clearer when it comes to matching straps with the butterfly clasp, and we apologize for the confusion. We'll work on improving that.
We also hear your concerns about the fit and functionality. The standard strap is indeed a compromise when used with the butterfly clasp, and your point about the lug popping out and the need for extra keepers is very valid. We will share this with our product team to see how we can improve the experience, whether through clearer guidance or a strap designed specifically for the clasp.
Thank you again for your honesty and for your patience. If there's anything we can do to help with your current setup, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

I bought laco bielefeld39 and the butterfly clasps few months ago. I really liked it but I realized that I wanted more. So I sold it for the money to pay the Laco Pro.
Laco Pro is the final destination for flieger watches. I will wear this one forerver

100% excellence and watch history
Customized watch to celebrate a new pilot license. This is probably one of the brands with the more customization and engraving options, plus one of the iconic luftwaffe pilots' watches manufacturer.

We’re delighted that you chose a customized Laco to mark such a special milestone and that our heritage and personalization options made it the right choice for you. POSITIVA PERO CON UN REPARO
EL RELOJ ME GUSTA MUCHO Y ESTA BIEN ACABADO EXCEPTO EL CIERRE MARIPOSA, QUE VINO CON EL PASADOR FUERA Y ME COSTÓ MUCHO TRABAJO PONERLO EN SU SITIO. ADEMÁS PARECIA ENDEBLE, CON LO QUE NO SE CUANTO VA A DURAR ANTES DE ROMPERSE.
Reply from Laco Pilot Watches

Cuxhaven 39
The Cuxhaven has been an amazing watch so far, keeping time comparable to my COSC watch and I love the hand winding ritual that comes with it. The price was also very reasonable even with the upgrades and the watch came very well-packed. The box is great for travel and can even fit two watches when not strapped in. The lume is also very bright and it's easy to tell time at night.
Reply from Laco Pilot Watches
Thank you so much for this fantastic and detailed review and for the great picture! Hearing that your Cuxhaven keeps time on par with a COSC-certified watch is truly wonderful feedback. Thank you for choosing Laco, and we wish you many more amazing moments with your Cuxhaven.

The watch was delivered yesterday. I set it This is a gift that will be given only on April 5, so the test was static and took place in a horizontal position, at a temperature of 18-20 C. When I checked the time after 24 hours, I DID NOT BELIEVE IT. The watch was less than 2 seconds fast. How can someone adjust a Miyota 82S0 to 2 seconds +? Chapeau bas - Laco ! If you're interested in which of your employees was the magician, I can provide the order number. I don't know the watch's serial number. Order number: 80568.I'm very curious to see how the watch will perform in everyday use. Will it be as accurate? Well, I'll have to wait at least a month for an answer. But now, regardless of the outcome, I admire this adjustment. Retired aeronautical engineer - Slawek.

Exceptional quality and true craftsmanship
The Laco Westerland 45 Handaufzug ETA 2801‑2 impresses not only with its precision and character, but also with the quality of its components. The thick, robust leather strap provides a strong sense of security and stability — exactly what I expect from a true Flieger watch.
It’s clear that watches in Pforzheim are still made with genuine passion. The Westerland is more than a timepiece; it’s an experience: superb craftsmanship, historical authenticity, and the unique pleasure of winding it every day.
My contact with Laco was both professional and exceptionally friendly. This is a brand that truly cares about details and about its customers. I can recommend them with full confidence.

I like the neat finish.
I like the neat finish, light weight, the continuous line at the end link and rug end, and the attractive dial lume.
If there is something I want to change slightly, I think it would be nice if the bezel part of the case was polished.
Reply from Laco Pilot Watches
Thank you for your thoughtful review and the great pictures! We're glad you appreciate the finish, weight, and dial lume – and you're absolutely right that a polished bezel could add a nice touch. We'll pass that suggestion along internally.
감사합니다! Enjoy your Laco.

The customisation and ordering was very good, however the strap length should be customised, too. The standard strap is too short.
Reply from Laco Pilot Watches
Thank you very much for your feedback. We’re pleased that you were happy with the customization and ordering process. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding customizable strap lengths and understand that the standard strap can be too short for some wrists. We’ll gladly pass this on to our product team.
