Laco was entirely prompt with their response to my email enquiry. I was given precise detail about my intended purchase and the international shipping to my destination country. The dispatch of my watch was conducted earlier than expected. The packaging was done safe and secure. The watch arrived in a beautiful and unique box and zippered case. Overall, the service from Laco was professional and of the highest standard.

Shipping was terrible.
I had planned on buying another watch, but after paying $60euro for shipping, their chosen carrier kept on returning the package to the depot for almost a week, costing me time. I’d consider buying from them if they didn’t use fedex

I had a great experience with Laco support team. The product is according to expectations and I received it earlier than expected. The watch has become my favourite one. Excellent all round.
This is my 3rx Laco and I couldn't be happier. Reecieving a watch to my individual specification in 10 days is really impressive. I've had to wait months for off the shelf items from other manufacturers previously. As usual, the watch is superbly finished and quality is excellent. 10/10!

replacement band for Paderborn
Bought a replacement band for my Paderborn. Service from Laco was great. Delivery time from the German and Swedish postal service was a considerably longer than normal with my purchase from Laco. But I doubt that jag anything with to do with Laco.

The website is easy to navigate. Service via email is fast and efficient. Delivery on time. And the watch exceeded my expectations. One suggestion: demonstrate on the website an example of what the engravins look like.
