I was contacted by a IT-Market purchasing agent after it turned out an end-of-life network switch could not be obtained as brand new. She proposed getting me the new version at same price, and I did receive it exactly when I was off from work a few days, as I indicated beforehand. As I usually buy new, IT-Market (CyberTrading) was new to me as a company, and I'll gladly buy again from them if I need something slightly outside the realm of the usual normal consumer purchases.

Everything went well; we received what we ordered. However, to be honest, the condition of one of the switches was worse than we had anticipated. For a better customer experience, it would be beneficial to receive photos of the ordered items before shipment. This would allow the customer to see any defects and either accept them or perhaps opt for a more expensive, defect-free version. One switch had undergone repairs to such an extent that the ordered power supply did not fit. That is something that should also be tested before shipping to the customer. The handling of the claim itself was perfect, though the initial response time to the claim was rather long. I cannot judge the underlying reasons; I am simply sharing the customer's experience. We will certainly order from Cybertrading again if we need more hardware.

I purchased two used Zyxel switches and I’m very satisfied with the transaction. Samin Delikhoun took very good care of us and we received our switches without any problems. Cybertrading is really very good in this regard.

It was die Older Model of the APC Transfer switch which was discontinued in Dec. 2024 by APC Schneider, but it still have Service from APC till Dec. 2044. All parts, screws, console cable and rack mount was in the package. Device have some scratches, what is normal when it was in use.
