Great shop, for the quality of products and customer service. One of the 2 best customer services ive ever experienced! What i would change, is that promotional or important emails about the order come with white font, that means its not visible and i always have to copy it into notes to see. Other than that, i am very satisfied ❤️ love the quality and color of wood as seen on pictures, and also big plus was the safe packaging. Kitchen is still not done yet, but i am adding the pictures how fine the wood looks ✨

Absolutely amazing products and service I have bought fronts for an entire IKEA kitchen that I have installed in my new home from FRØPT and I have been extremely happy with both the products and the great service from the company. While comparing the products with similar danish companies I wanted to try purchasing from FRØPT due to the great service, kindness and communication with their team. Now that I have received the products I was super impressed with the quality and will continue to purchase from FRØPT for my future projects.

The fronts look great in my kitchen, install was easy and the quality so far is top, now it just needs to stand the test of time. Customer service is great when it comes to planning and finalizing the order, making sure that nothing is missing. There are a few user error issues that popped up during the build and customer service has been really helpful in helping find the best solution. For any other project or future kitchen I would not hesitate to order again!

I worked with Aga on my kitchen project in France. i ordered American walnut kitchen veneer mixed with the color mushroom. the outcome of our kitchen is amazing. The quality is good and it looks warm and welcoming just like what we hoped for. thank you and i really recommend them.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The Fropt team supported us throughout the entire ordering process, and when some packages arrived damaged during shipping, they quickly arranged replacements. Communication was clear and efficient. Thank you again!

Amazing client support throughout the whole experience! I had trouble with the "non call" policy as I needed a lot of help, so we started the email exchange with Aga, and they have been the most supporting and followed up on everything in each step, never letting me down and going above and beyond to help me. For the future, it would be great to offer some kind of 3D service and maybe calls so we can really build together. Because when you're on a complex kitchen project, with various constraints and specifics, sometimes things are not exactly adapted when they arrive and it's a big trouble that can make you feel defeated. This is just a suggestion for the next phase of FROPT!! I wish them a great success. Apart from that, I am delighted by the look of my kitchen that is getting a lot of compliments. It's quality!!!

Very happy with the experience of buying kitchen fronts and drawers through Fröpt. The box the goods came delivered in was difficult to handle for the logistics company due to its size but that issue lies with the logistics company and no one else. The quality of the material is certainly the best we've seen.

Very happy with our new kitchen. I got to work with Claudia from Fropt, who was really helpful all the way through! She gave great advice along the way, was very precise, and made sure we got all the measurements right. We had some minor mistakes with our order, and she helped us sort them in a fair way quickly, which was much appreciated. All in all, super happy with the process and final result!

Beautifully crafted shelving unit - I just love it. Have seen nothing like it in the UK. Delivery was great, the unit was incredibly well wrapped & arrived in perfect condition. If only we had found Fropt before we started our kitchen. The only downside is delivery costs and import duties (however this still only pushed the price up to what I would probably have paid in the UK). If we lived in the EU all of this would have been free. Communication was excellent.

The kitchen fronts look great. Installing the rounded side panels requires some skill, and instructions would be helpful. Overall, however, we are very satisfied with the quality and appearance.

We ordered METOD fronts and drawers and are very happy with the result. Also the customer service is helpful and friendly.

From order to delivery and after service ,every interaction was excellent . I replaced Ikea doors and drawers as they were a magnet to fingerprints . The Fropt quality is superb
