In-stock item turned out to be not in stock. No attempt to proactively communicate this. Still waiting for the refund, too.

I paid USD320 extra to have a "in stock" item to be sent by air courier on their website (price quotation attached）, but the shop then contacted me via email saying that they offer me EUR150 refund to ship the item by sea immediately, which would take 30 days. I rejected and they told me the time to send the item by air would be 30 days as well and stop responding to me..so I think this is quite absurd to charge extra for air courier but the time it takes by a cheaper method (by sea) would be the same as the more expensive method (by air)

The item we ordered got lost by DHL. I received an official mail from DHL saying that the sender has to take care for the reimbursement through DHL. I contacted MOHD several times, but no reply at all. The quality of the products might be good (unable to rate this as I never received it) but customer service is a shame. I can only conlude that MOHD got the reimbursement from DHL but we never got the item we ordered

6 1/2 month waiting is not acceptable in particular when this could have been avoided in booking the table at the fabric , as I suggested since I was aware there were 80 table available ! Me needing to come and get the informations about the order neither. Never received as requested the contact of the manager. And another 10 days just for the shipping. The relation ship lady was very kind that on the positive note ! Price were in line with my expectations but not the delay !

I orderd 4 coffee cups. That’s how it was described: KU Kaffeetasse - Set 4 Stück SKU: 792958. 1 35,61 CHF I expected to get 4 cups, but I received only one. I tried to get in contact with them, but no reaction! What can I do? What can you do?

the web diaplay the light is in the stock. Mohd team told me no stock for this light aftet I placed the order, and it will be arroved after half of month at least. it's terrbile..

One arrived completely shattered. The shipping company had me refuse the complete shipment and it is being returned.

The items are shown as being in stock but when you order they announce a 4 month delay

Acquisto lampada Luna+supporto Kosmos Inizialmente la mia recensione non era positiva. Son stata molto sfortunata perchè ho avuto come contatti commerciali 2 persone inesperte. A seguito raffronto con la sig.ra Marilena, molto gentile e disponibile, le cose si sono chiarite. Infatti mi ha attivato il rimborso di 95€ pari alla differenza in più che mi era stata fatta pagare.

Sehr sehr lange Wartezeit von über 4 Wochen, Kommunikation mit Verkäufer schwierig und eher Salamitaktik ohne Verbindlichkeit, erst nach Einschalten von TrusteShop (dort auch keine Reaktion) und dann PayPal wurde die Ware verschickt und ist jetzt endlich da. Ware ist gut. Würde aber nicht nochmal dort bestellen. Nicht zuverlässig genug.
