Γρήγορη παράδοση. Τα προιόντα έφτασαν πολύ καλά συσκευσμένα κσι ήταν συμβατά για τξν χτήση που τα παρήγγειλα. Θα ήθελα καλύτερη περογραφή στο site στα ανταλλακτικά . Ομως επικοινώνησα με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και υπήρξε άμεση απάντηση και πολύ σωστή ενημέρωση

Excellent!! I ordered parts for my 4 years old LG wash machine and they were perfect!! I ordered the front bin plastic and the left weight balancer because it went lose and broke both the weight and the plastic mounts. I will definitely order again!!

I was asking for a spare part of my freezer. I only checked the model and just in a few seconds I found it. Delivery was exactly on time . Everything was perfect.

It was possible to find the accessory that I was looking for and it was delivered in good time given that it arrived from abroad. The image on the site however gave the impression that there were two items but I only received one. It would have been more accurate and transparent if the description of the product explicitly mentioned that. I have the impression now that I paid the normal price for two items but only received one!

I like the order status updates. I propose to avoid using UPS courier for Greece cause of the lack of local branches or boxes.

Βρήκα αυτό ακριβώς που έψαχνα ,(το γνήσιο ανταλλακτικό !) σε ανταγωνιστική τιμή και η παράδοση ήταν πολύ γρήγορη. Σε όλη τη διάρκεια της αναμονής υπήρχε διαρκής ενημέρωση για την κατάσταση της παραγγελίας.Επίσης η συσκευασία ήταν άριστη. Θα ξαναπαραγγείλω αν χρειαστώ κάτι.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience when receiving the package from the courier as it was not delivered hand to hand. The package was thrown away like trash at the entrance of the apartment building and fortunately for me a nice and kind neighbor collected it. It could very well have been stolen and we would have all been looking for it together. Fortunately I was lucky....

The items I ordered were available for delivery in your list. It was also stated in your platform that if an order is placed by 4pm (or so) delivery to destination would be effected by next day. My order was placed on May 4, and the next day it was acknowledged that it was delivered by you to your transporter, to be forwarded to my address, providing me with a parcel code, so that I could follow up stages of delivery. Since then I had been inquiring whereabouts of this parcel, by clicking on the parcel code, but the response I was getting from your forwarder, was that the parcel had not been delivered to them. After exchanging some messages with your local customer service, the parcel was delivered suddenly on May 12 to my address, without any prior notice. Fortunately the ordered accessories fitted on the vacum cleaner perfectly.

Αμεση εξυπηρέτηση απο το help desk σε ερώτηση που εκανα για ανταλλακτικο φούρνου (15 ετων τουλαχιστον!) που χρειάστηκα. Μου βρήκαν το σωστο ανταλλακτικο και μου έστειλαν και τον σύνδεσμο για να το παραγγείλω. Η παράδοση ήταν γρηγορη και σε προσεγμένη συσκευασία. Το τοποθέτησα μονη μου, καθώς ήταν για μενα εύκολη διαδικασία, και ετσι γλύτωσα αρκετά χρήματα και φυσικά αναμονή. Θα σας προτιμήσω σίγουρα ξανα και θα σας συστήσω ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιον χρειάζεται ανταλλακτικά. Να σημειωθει οτι στην ιστοσελιδα βρησκεις τα παντα! Απο τα πιο παλια μοντελα συσκευων μεχρι και τα καινουργια, σε προσιτες τιμες!

Although I lost the first package I ordered through my own fault, the second order arrived quickly and the replacement part was what I expected.

I purchased a washing machine pump similar to the original one. The search process on the website was excellent and very informative. The product I bought was perfect, and it arrived exactly on the date that was stated.

Everything went exactly as expected. They have a huge inventory; you can find almost anything you need for your appliances. Delivery was fast and right on time. However, the products are a bit more expensive compared to what you can find locally.

Το κατάστημα ανταπροκριθηκε αμεσα στην παραγγελία μου και το ανταλλακτικό ήταν αυτο που ηθελα . Το πρόβλημα ήταν ότι η κουριερ του εξωτερικού, συνεργάζεται εδω με τα ΕΛΤΑ ,οποτε καθυστέρησαν αρκετά να μου το φέρουν.. Κατά τ'αλλα ολα καλα.

Επανέρχομαι με την αξιολόγηση καθώς είχα κάνει μια παλαιότερη με 1 αστέρι. Είχα παραγγείλει μια αντλία η οποία δεν έφτασε σε μένα, και προσπαθούσα να δω τι είχε γίνει. Τελικά η εταιρεία μου έστειλε δωρεάν μια δεύτερη.
