I originally had ordered this part from another website which gave me a delivery date of 3-5 business days. When that rolled around and still nothing had arrived I tried to follow up with them and the item was actually on back order for an estimated additional month. I cancelled that order and went to FixParts who had the exact item - ordered on a Monday and the part was here by Friday with ZERO hassle. Will never be using the other site for any items again.

Before ordering a part from FixPart, I checked that the model number of my device was compatible with the part on their website however when it arrived it did not fit as it was too small. I contacted Fixpart who sent me a label for returning it but told €18 would be deducted from my refund if I use it (or I could pay separately to send it back myself). I explained, and provided evidence that, in such cases where I didn’t change my mind about the purchase but the item was not as described on their website and therefore not fit for purpose, in accordance with my consumer rights I should not have to pay for the return. They then said I had not sufficiently proven that the model of the device I own is the incompatible model. However the proof they asked for is unreasonable since it does not exist – they want a photo of the device with the detailed model number. This number is not printed on the device. I sent the only possible proof, namely a photo of the device with a higher level over-arching model number, my proof of purchase with the detailed model number and a photo demonstrating that the part does not fit. I genuinely cannot understand why the company are refusing to honour my consumer rights in this matter at this point and it is very disappointing. This was a simple mistake on their website which could easily be resolved by them but for reasons I can’t understand it seems to be more important to them to unfairly claw some money for shipping from me than to resolve it honestly, to leave me with a good customer experience and prevent me feeling the need to warn others about my experience in this review. Since I know my consumer rights, I am now taking actions beyond this company to recover my money. In the meantime I hope this review helps to prevent others from getting caught like I did. There are plenty of decent, honest online retailers out there so I really encourage people to avoid this one.

Customer service very poor. Asked for assistance to help to pick right items got answer after a day. My oven is broken. Can't wait even a day. I have a small home baking business. One order was spliced in 2. The part witch is not so important came in first. Still waiting for a door.

I send 10 email. 4 hours after my order ...because my order it was wrong by me.but they never answered and nobody try to support or help me to change this order with correct...very bad costumer support. Result ....I have wrong part ..I never use this ...because it's wrong...bad 😞

The tracking link was in Italian, this doesn’t get an auto translate option in iPhone. There was an error in the shipping address but the tracker gave me no option to inform you if correct address. As a result the ‘parcel’ seemed to be static in Germany fir a number of days.

I ordered a fan oven element and received a freezer/ fridge drawer. I emailed to tell you this and you replied saying the item I was enquiring about was no longer in stock. I wasn't enquiring about an item and if you can't supply it then I need a refund !!

Do not order from this company

I have ordered replacement heat pump worth 270€ which should be delivered within advertising delivery date 1-2 days. And after 14 days of waiting I got an email where my order has been refunded. Thank you fixparts for waisting my time and holding my money

Advertising an item was in stock and delivery would take 2-5 days. Took 4 weeks to deliver to me and after contacting customer service 2 weeks in, I found out it wasn’t in stock. Even though it was still showing as in stock online. Won’t be using again.

Sadly I can’t provide a review as I haven’t yet received the required part but I can comment if you like on the pile of my children’s clothes which urgently need washed!! DHL delivery service is dreadful and simply ruins your prompt initial dispatch!!

You lie by deception. You are not an Irish company and yet you call yourselves FixPart Ireland and you use an Irish domain to host your we site. The part that I ordered did not arrive. I will never user your services again. You are not to be trusted.

As I am from ireland and your website ends with .IE. I was surprised that my item came from France and took nearly a week before arrival even I paid extra for fast delivery. Very disappointed and will think twice before using your website again.

My product arrived broken in the box. On contact with customer service they re saying they are in contact with suppliers. It's not my fault it arrived broken. I should be reissued a new product and then they can take the issue up with supplier.

Ordered a part last week. Hasn't been delivered yet. Tracking advised me that item was returned to sender. Why? Have e mailed fixit numerous times in the past few days but to no avail. Deborah was very helpful at the beginning I must say.

There were numerous delays with my order which I was never directly informed about and it was only resolved when I requested a refund. 3-5 day delivery turned into nearly a month. However once received the goods received were perfect.

I'm waiting over 2 weeks now and never received the item.

I've contacted fix part few times to see where is the item. They have replied with tracking number that didn't work and no information whatsoever. It's been over 2 weeks since I've ordered the part and still no sign of it.

I hate a .ie website that isn’t Irish, item said it would be 2-4 working days and ended up being 10 days from the day I ordered to actually receiving it. Also the customer service was terrible and not one bit helpful.

The part you supplied was perfect but the delivery service takes far too long, can't track the parcel and when I did try to track, I got a bot in French. Please upgrade your delivery service.
